Wait time pretty long for fast food. Asked for no tomatoes and bit into a big one on the first bite of my wrap. Okra was great!
Had this place twice and both times they messed up the order. Today it was missing two mash potato sides. Plus the ranch/sweet and sour sauce. I would of made them provide it, but got it delivered and im SOL.. Save your money go/get delivered from places that dont screw you on food.
Crystal went above and behind to make sure our experience at Mr.Chicken (Pearl Rd) was amazing. She communicated at the window on the timely manner that our food would be done, and chatted with me and my kids a bit while our food was being prepared. Thank you Crystal.
Pretty good. Better than KFC. I don't live in Parma but I'm glad I picked some up. This location has been around a long time, so I had a feeling that it was going to be good and it is.

Last Thursday I stopped by and ordered food from Mr. Chicken. I really wasn't sure about what I wanted exactly. Instead of rushing me with my order, the young lady Star B was so nice and helpful with placing my order. I told her what I was looking for and she recommended what I should order from the menu and even suggested a desert to try, which I did! Her customer service was wonderful and I will stop by again.
This was really good, unexpectedly. A friend purchased the deep fried chicken livers, and wow. Never had liver before. Was very uneasy trying it. So glad I did. Some of the best deep fried food I've had. The spice in the breading set it off!Oh and there was great chicken as well ??♂️?
I have never had bad chicken here. The only bad food I have had here is the macaroni and cheese; it definitely has a weird aftertaste. Everything else is good. Prices are a bit high.
Tried this restaurant for the first time this year and the food was excellent quality and it was real chicken. Staff took our order and got it right the first time. Would definitely recommend this business for the lunch hour- if you get a chance to stop by.
