WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Payed at the first drive thru window, asked for my receipt, and was told I get it at the second window, which I never received. Placed a15$ order, never received the chicken sandwich I ordered. Parked my car to go inside and place a second order due to forgetting to order two items. Went inside, FOUR employees “working”, and keep in mind they saw me. I stood there for almost 15 minutes waiting to place an order. I stood there and listened to two female employees talking out loud about tampons!!! Finally, after 15 minutes, I yelled to one of the females that I needed to place an order. She looks at me and says, “ Place your order on the kiosk” maybe this was something you could’ve told me 15 minutes ago, as I’m receiving a text from my daughter in the car asking if everything was OK. Got home and saw that I didn’t have my sandwich, and I didn’t have my receipt! I emailed McDonald’s headquarters, and pretty much they told me, “Sorry, we need to do better!” Really?!? If you’re the manager of this location…. You’ve got some work to do !!!!!
I ordered an iced mocha and when i drank it there was little chunks in it and it didnt taste right. I know this coffee never has chunks in it because ive gotten it at other mcdonalds. Also got a sausage mcgriddle and it was hard. Employees are usually rude here too. So thanks for the spoiled coffee
I was genuinely had to wait over 10 minutes to get to plain biscuits and a cinnamon roll. They came out and gave me the wrong person's food that they then had to throw away and then after all of that they did not give me the jelly that I asked for it for my biscuits. Legitimately McDonald's is the worst, inevitably I will go back to another one but consistently sucks.
I won't tell you stuff you already know!! I will say the line moved pretty fast and the server put ketchup in my bag when I asked. You ever ask for ketchup and they still don't give it you. Well that didn't happen here!!
I order the $3.50 double cheese burger with fries bundle and McChicken sandwich $1.89 should should have cost $5.39. Got to the window and they said total was $5.79, I said you're incorrect. Manage (rude) said the system charges for the lower bundle, McChicken and fries $2.50 and charges regular price for double cheeseburger $3.29, total $5.79. If there's a next time I'll ordered separately. Went to Wendy's and got a double stack, fries, drink and nuggets with tax for $4.06.
You dont place your order with a live human. You order through a kiosk and take a number plaque to your table. I didnt carw for that but it's a sign of the times I guess.
Owner- teach these kids to come up with new lies about the ice cream machine never working. The same excuse every night is getting old.
Must be one of the worst mcds around. And I've been to the one on Turney Rd in Garfield Heights. Foods always cold, they mess your order up and long lines. I've had multiple problems here. Haven't been there in a while and today I got 2 McDoubles and got 1. Shocking.
This McDonald's use to be one of the best ones but it's really gone downhill lately. I ordered my food in the drive thru. They didn't even ask if I wanted anything else. They just gave me my total and asked me to pull forward. Also when I asked for no cheese on my burger they refused to mark it no cheese stating "it says only ketchup and onion so they won't put cheese" (being a former employee I know that to be false) and sure enough there was cheese on my burger. Every time I ask for well done fries, the fries are fresh but not at all crispy. They seem to think that "well done" means "cook to order". I am beyond frustrated. This has been a consistent pattern for a while now. Needless to say when that new DQ opens I won't be visiting this McDonald's anymore
Terrible experience. Once again they got the order wrong. I asked for 2 (plain) chicken sandwiches. The order came with both regular chicken sandwiches. How hard is it to put a piece of chicken in a bun? The lines were long as usual. To me it looked like there was only kids working that evening. Did not see any elderly supervision. I get it, the world we live in now has changed. But come on guys, 2 plain chicken sandwiches ?
