Went through the drive-through Wednesday 03/16 and the small girl with the blonde bun is extremely rude and shouldn’t work in fast food. I work in customer service and I know how to treat people I’m at work. Having a nasty attitude will not get customers to come back.
This is the worse MCDONALDS ever! Let me say I went the other day for frappe and cinnamon rolls. Well frappe was only half full had no mocha taste at all my Carmel frappe was melted (like sat for a while) had no Carmel on it at all… and my cinnamon rolls were hard!! When I called to let them know what was wrong they acted like was my fault.. I even took pics of frappe at the window because when I said something at the 2nd window she ignored me closed window and walked all way! (Was 2nd window so no one is there constantly). They told me I could come back and replace order the same day or next.. so I went back next day and they couldn’t even replace my stuff because there frappe machine was broke lol (like 80% of the time it’s broke at this location) ???♀️ I will never go to this McDonald’s again! I’ll get my order replaced but after that NO MORE!
I really still getting different fast-food meals when I'm not getting much portion that i make. So, until then, I'm always buy some original fast food which is something i can figure it out for good to enjoy for nowadays just the way i really tasty!!!! All the time!!!!
Food is quick. As it should be. But the people are not friendly at all. You pull to window and food gets handed out the window. Nothing else. No hello no thank you no have a good day no thanks for stopping. Snow road mcds could teach them something. Snow rd location has much better people skills. Mays well be self check out. Get it together day dr. All u have is drive thru. Anymore. No inside. Id think ud do better. Ill go elsewhere from now on. After 3 visits as i work down the street. Arbys can have my money. Rude. Be grateful you have a job. My money pays ur check!!!! Shame on u manager. Get ur crew together. . Maybe manager is problem. Js.
I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service at this location. The woman who took my order was AWFUL. So rude. I was trying to explain that my order was not showing on the screen, someone else’s was. She was very mean in her response telling me that is was fine, not to worry about it. I asked if i could use a code, she says “we already used a code” Ummmm. No we didn’t. AND I CANT SEE THE ORDER IM PLACING BUT OK. She cut me off several times, tells me “DONT WORRY ABOUT IT I WILL READ IT TO YOU AT THE WINDOW!!!!” I finish my order, she said “window” I asked what’s my total…. No reply Again i asked, what is my total. Finally she says “I AM BUSY. I AM DOING A LOT RIGHT NOW!!!” Which i get that. But do you have to be so awful to your customers??? We begin to pull forward, she sticks her head out the window and gives me an EVIL grin. I pull to the window and before I’m even there, she’s spouting off my order. I said, can you start that over with a little less attitude and maybe so i can actually hear what you’re saying? I then asked for the manager, who came over, as i told her what was wrong and how awful this woman was being, she said “I’m sorry but I’m working the line and I’m very busy” So i said “so what you’re telling me is you don’t care about her nasty attitude either and you just allow her to speak that way?” To which the order taker decides she should let me know how I’m the first person to ever complain about her and she’s “PERFECT” yikes. She slams my card and receipt into my hand, and yanks her hand away, scratches my had, and as i go to pull forward my THREE YEAR OLD says “mommy, she scared me”. Me too honey. Me freaking too. This was the most awful experience i have ever had at any McDonald’s. I will NEVER return here. I did call their corporate. I’m APPALLED.

Bad chicken sandwich /fries Hey McDonald's... Cold chicken sandwiches/ fries is your problem.... I guess after you slide it out of the microwave it becomes mine. I paid for fresh food and didn't get it Shame on you!
Went inside they were fast and food was fresh. Restaurant very clean. Returned Sunday for breakfast dining room closed at 830am we are now 2 years into a pandemic this excuse is getting old.
Double cheeseburger is drenched in a gallon of ketchup - does not even taste like a cheeseburger tastes like a ketchup burger. Fries are cold. Big Mac is a pile of unsavory slop of which I have never seen before. Does not look or taste like a Big Mac. Upon attempting to eat not even edible and totally disgusting.
I just bought a quarter pounder with cheese meal from the McDonald's on Day Drive. I go to eat my burger and someone has taken a bite out of my burger and boxed it up for me to eat as if my eyes can't see a bite out of my burger. I am beyond DISGUSTED right now. I tried calling McDonald's twice. No one answers and I can't leave a voicemail because it asks for a remote access code. Please check your food people.
