I don't eat McDonald's much but this one is the worst. I told them to cook my meals fresh and they added it on the receipt. However my food was cold and this happened the last time I went to this restaurant. They don't care about customer service at all. Go to another restaurant
Picked up a happy meal for my kid and a quarter pounder for me. Gross. My sandwich clearly was from lunch still it was nasty and went right on the garbage. The attached picture is of the nuggets we got also clearly dry and gross, also probably from lunch as well. This was at 4pm. Will not go back to this McDonald's.
If I could give this place minus zero stars, I would. My daughter and I placed an order at this McDonald's after doing 2 hours of grocery shopping in Middleburg heights. We got about halfway home when my daughter decided to eat her chicken sandwich, finding out that they have not given the proper order. We ordered a deluxe chicken and just got a regular chicken. We went back to McDonald's to advise them that they had given us the wrong sandwich, thinking that we would just have the sandwich replaced, since she had only taken one bite out of it. The disrespect, attitude, and overall lack of consideration towards customer service was overwhelming. We were told that we would have to pay an extra dollar, on top of the disrespect we received, even though they clearly provided the wrong order. I explain to them, that I drove clear from Seven Hills back to the Middleburg Heights area, so my daughter could have what she had requested to begin with. I was told that I could either pay the dollar or take my sandwich back and when I asked to speak to the manager I even got more attitude from both the girls laughing and smiling at me and telling me that they were both managers. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I understand that customer service is lacking and employees are short, due to COVID-19. However, I certainly feel, rather it is a franchise store or corporately owned this is not the public image McDonald's would like to portray as a family oriented restaurant.
The cashier was very rude acted like she didn’t care to be there. I ordered a mcchicken with no lettuce extra cheese. I get home I have extra lettuce and no chicken on my bun!!! Now I’m a general manager for a fast food restaurant and I understand things happen I get it but to forget a chicken patty on a chicken sandwich , their really not paying attention. Carelessness.
Freshest ever....fries so hot and crispy, my straw melted in the bag and i was happy,best McDonalds no capp, service was splendid...
after placing my order and paying i pulled up to the pick up window and sat and waited as i watch three younger worker laugh and joke and horse play while the one working the window was more worried about playing with her 3 inch long finger nails. after what seems like forever my order was handed to me i asked if the extra nuggets were in the bag or in the dinner box cause they forget them alot. the reply i got was i didn't pack the bags and window closes. I'm sure Dave would love this kind of service. i will just take the family to burger king or some where else from now on so i don't interrupt conversation hour and she can continue playing with her extremely long nails.
Went here this morning to get coffee and tea before work and class. Girlfriend’s coffee was excellent as was my tea! The service was impeccable as well, both the register and pick up window workers were so kind. The register window lady asked what we were up to for the day which was such a nice feeling to be asked :) I frequent this McDonald’s and never have anything bad to say!
I ordered uber eats and my order was perfect! Bag was set up nicely food was made perfectly they sent all the requested condiments. Super impressed!
It’s rare to have a good experience at any fast food place now days and every time I come here in the morning the ladies re extremely nice
I just spent 20.00 for 2 Big Mac meals that were the size of happy meals!!! SCREW THIS CRAPPY ESTABLISHMENT, I COULD HAVE HAD 4 RALLY BURGERS MEALS FOR THE PRICE OF THIS CRAP!!
