Got breakfast this morning and found hair in my sandwich. Didn’t even get to take a bite, glad I didn’t.I normally always come to this McDonald’s and have never had any issues, but today they tried to tell me they don’t serve mocha iced coffee when I get it there almost everyday.Then when I told them that, they said their mocha machine is broke.
I don't usually have issues at this location. Majority of the time food is fresh and quick. Watching every single car pull into the waiting spots out front from the drive through, at least 5 cars. I told my daughter we probably shouldn't stop. We'll I did and we got sent up front to wait too. I just don't understand. And then to bring put orders and not even know which car they go to. Come on people. I've done this job before. There's no excuse just because you want your drive through time down.
This used to be one of the best McDonald’s in the area.. Not sure what happened, but sometime within the last 10years the food quality went downhill massively. Their breakfast is great, but when it comes time to get to the regular menu, it’s been absolutely awful. It’s never fresh! The burgers are dry and over cooked. I live in the development right behind this location, and I purposely will drive the extra distance to either Day dr or Bagley Rd just to get better quality. Very disappointing.
It's McDonald's what can I say ugh, it was just an okay experience I wasn't expecting anything great and of course it wouldn't have been because it's just McDonald's
Ordered from my mobile app, and my food was ready as soon as walked into the place. I can't complain about that... But my mc chicken sandwichs we're not stacked properly.. it was like the meat and the bun were bitter enemies and didn't want to sit together.

Only has kiosk open indoors. Wait is too long for a McDonald's most hours of the day. Always was understaffed when I worked there.
This McDonalds is TERRIBLE!Ordered drive-thru (I was the only one in the line) and it still took 10 minutes to get my food after I paid. Employee was rude, the order was wrong, the food was cold, and the fries tasted like they microwaved them. So dissatisfied! Bagley Rd. location is so much better.
Went through the drive through for a breakfast burrito (it's one of the breakfast items they serve all day) the lady on the intercom interrupted very rudely and said "breakfast is over!" To my boyfriend. I stated "it's an item served all day at McDonald's." To my boyfriend and she interrupted and immediately said "no". Instead of being a polite customer service worker she was uniformed and rude. My boyfriend ordered his meal and I ordered mine it came to almost $20 gor cold fries and stale bread. Horrible experience.
I always get a fish sandwich bc I don't eat beef or chicken. The fish sandwich always looks insane. Who would want to eat this?
