The toddler room was fantastic for our youngest (10 months). Even our 3 year old was loving how much she could run. Everything was well priced and there was more than enough to do!
Only reviewing the toddler area: honestly the toddler room was so yucky ?. It was $10 for a tiny room which was falling apart and covered in food crumbs. The floor was sticky and some of the outlets were covered and some weren’t. We left after an hour after my son tried to eat a chip he found on the floor lol. I attached pictures.
This was totally different from the first time I came. I was told no one under 3 could play in the toddler room ,but the door said 4. So I separated my kids for a good chunk of time for no reason. The staff was nice but the information given at the table was not valid.
Our 5 year old son absolutely LOVES the ball area. He would love in there if it was up to him. Such a great place for the whole family. We will definitely be back again soon!?
This place is such a rip off. Games were out of order. All the attractions were over crowded. Just over all bad experiences. Save your money and go somewhere else
Took my son for his birthday. He and my daughter had a BLAST. Not to add I also had a fun time in the jungle gym and doing other activities. It was money well spent. I would possibly go again in the future.
So within five minutes of getting there, my son got a bloody nose in the play area after colliding with another kid. I was alerted immediately by staff and was able to take him to the bathroom to clean him up. What I liked most about the establishment, was that someone came back to check on us and had an ice pack ready. I know kids get hurt their daily probably, and it’s easy to just brush things off like that, but the fact that someone came back and checked on us meant a lot to me. It was a stressful few minutes, but all in all not a big deal and he had a blast at the birthday party he was invited to. We will certainly be back one day.
We had my daughter’s birthday party here & they did everything. It was great. She was treated like a Princess & everyone had a blast. It was so organized & it was so much less stressful for me as a parent. She is still talking about how much fun she had & how she cannot wait to have her party there next year! (Which we will be doing!) There’s so many options for kids to do there as well that everyone can be happy which is also nice for all age groups. I highly recommend :)
Had an okay time. I would definitely consider booking another party. One thing i did not like was my party never made it to the attraction that i paid for. Host was not a very good one. The toddler room is pretty small.
What a great place not only for the little kids also for the bigger kids..I have to update on my Review. as the Staff was truly amazing for my Daughters Birthday Part... very attentive and a pleasure to work with.. I highly suggest this place for any event...
