Girl was barely paying attention to me when I ordered. Gave me the wrong combo that wasn't as much food as i wanted. I didn't check because my child was being loud, but it's not hard to listen to what people are saying. Disappointing. Can't charge extra for a big side either? 3 dollars for a small side is a rip off as well. Last time I'll go to this location. I waited 20 minutes for a bucket last time, but figured they were busy. No they just suck at there jobs

When I order I Famous Bowl…and they cut up chicken sandwich pieces ? Some spicy, some not…NO popcorn chicken at all!!! If they would have told me that, I would have ordered something else. I got 3 of them, for my family and they were horrible!
This is the worst KFC I've ever been to in my entire lifeStarted off with the famous please pull forward.. next think you know there's 4 cars waiting and line is backed up.. the chicken on the sandwich was as dry my dinning room table.. the Mac and cheese was burnt(how you mess that up) .. then the famous bowl was basically not famous at all.. had like 4 tbs of gravy.. shredded chicken (same dry chicken) instead of the popcorn chicken.. was 90% mashed potatoes.. so I basically got a mashed potato bowl with some toppings.. p.s. changed the tank for your pepsi.Pepsi.. that greatly sucked alsoI'll either find another KFC to go to.. or not go at all ?♂️
After already waiting long in the line for almost half an hour I had two items missing and I didn’t mind besides getting nothing but attitude an a soggy old replacement ON TOP of plastic in my food which topped me over to write a review…multiple times moneys been wasted DO NOT RECCOMEND
I hate drive through more than anything else in my entire life!I never understand that effing low quality intercom and they always put the faster talking person with the worst accent to take your order.And of course immediately, form the nowhere least twenty inpatient car is get in the line behind you, cursing what takes so long. So for ne it is unacceptable that I cannot walk in an place my order inside person to person.So go to hell all restaurant with drive through only!
Mostly every time I visit there I'm very satisfied the young men that was there today was very perfessional and the food was very good I only had one bad experience since I've been going there and it wasn't with the team of young men maybe the young ladies can take a couple of pointers from them about customers service and I'm not speaking about all the young ladies but you know who you are

It was fast as hell, ordered chicken sandwiches, one regular, one chicken sandwich box with fries and mac and cheese, listen that was the most delicious crunchiest sandwich I have ever had in my life and the fries were great the mac n cheese had a few pieces of corn in there but no biggie. Hot and fresh with pickles and mayo cant go wrong and I never see people waiting in line for long wish they would have come out with this kind of food a long time ago. Love the new look, place used to be horrible to walk into. Great job guys!
Ordered a 5 piece tender combo and mac and cheese. Order was short a tender, 2 of the tenders were not cooked properly and the mac and cheese tastes burnt as hell
