Should have taken a photo but order a Giant 66 and they forgot the meat! My girlfriend opened up her sandwich and their was pepper mushroom and cheese! We asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give us one because their was no manger there. Or a phone to call one lol ? Still haven’t heard from management or owner and had to call another store in order to speak from someone in management! Very poorly ran store with kids that don’t care about other people and have poor attitudes! Spent 30 dollars and waited almost 30min for 2 sandwiches!
Just ordered a hot large sub from Jersey Mike’s asked for half the amount of cheese as usual- was told I could not have that because it would be inconvenient ?!? I had to decide between 1 or 2 slices of cheese ? I asked who it would be inconvenient for? He stated - him the couple behind looked at each other and said we are not eating here. Great choice. Good food, bad service-
Just got finished eating my Chipotle Cheesesteak from Jersey Mikes Parma and it was truly some of the best meats I’ve ever consumed. I was greeted immediately upon entry by employees Sam and Evan who made me feel like I was apart of the Jersey Mikes Family. Sam made my sub while Evan was polite and well mannered. These guys deserve bonuses. I can’t wait to go back to Jersey Mikes. 10/10 experience.

We expected so much better quality for the price. Honestly Subway is much better, and better priced. The music was also so loud it was hard to hear each other talk. Not a good experience.
Ordered 2 Italian subs a brownie and cookie for delivery. Didn’t get brownie, cookie, or 1 of the sandwiches. I called and they said I had to come up. I’m like I can’t that’s why I did delivery they just hung up. Disputed charge on my card.

The subs were excellent but pricey. I don’t mind paying a bit more for quality and freshness. Customer service isn’t there. Music was fairly loud and it makes it hard to hear the employees. Lot of confusion because the guy making the cold subs was making several at one time and didn’t know he was actually working on our order at the same time he was making someone elses. We were the only ones in the store at the time. Employees were not welcoming, talkative, friendly or otherwise cheerful. Asked if we were part of their rewards program but were not asked to join when we said we weren’t
This was my second try, my first time the sandwich was so dry. This time I got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and it was great. A little messy but really good. Service was good and the restaurant was very clean.
I just literally watched an employee make a sandwich, ring up the customer, accept money, brush off the counter all with gloves on. Then proceeded to fix the other customer's sandwiches. All without changing his gloves. He even went to the back and still came back to the front of the store with the same gloves. I DIDNT ORDER A THING! I didnt get his name but hr has curly hair.
