Never asked for my apartment number and called me 1 time between the driver and lady at the place , and the driver took the pizza and went hime , she told me a wait time and didn’t add up with the call times. Never again
Guys pizza is amazing, I have celiac disease which means I can’t have any gluten containing food products. It is very hard to find pizza that tastes good and not like a cardboard box. They are one of 3 pizza places in the area that have quality gluten free options and they are typically first on my list they also take care to avoid cross contamination. For people with gluten allergies, intolerance, or autoimmune disorders I highly recommend guys if you are looking for good pizza.
First time trying this place since we recently moved to the area, it was a great experience! We tried the pizza, guyzone and wings! Definitely will be ordering from here again!
Was told 35 mins for delivery and took over TWO HOURS for it to be delivered this always happens and will never order agian..and the kids that work there have an attitude and should not work in customer service!!!
Worst experience I’ve ever received from a pizza shop. I asked for extra chz and extra sauce, As you see the pizza on the right is the mistake and the one on the left is the remake. You can OBVIOUSLY see the difference. They did not deliver the old or new pizza in a delivery bag. And the employee I first talked with told me that it’s MY opinion (the CUSTOMERS) opinion on how much extra chz and sauce there is. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I am a GM for Master pizza. I KNOW what extra chz and sauce looks like and should be looking like. Very unacceptable and terrible customer service. They will be lucky if I order from them again and I like trying new pizza places but this by far is the worst
I have ordered pizza from them the last 3 times since moving to Parma and it has been outstanding. I ordered the New York pizza on Friday and it was one of the best I have ever had. Keep up the good work Guys.

Stopped in at the Guys in Parma what a nice group of employees and as always the pizza is delicious. What a great combination.
