Get customer service. They move the cars very quickly.
They get my fiance and I's coffee wrong every single freaking time. I will not come back, biggest waste of money and they don't even answer the phone when you call. Some of the workers have poor hygiene and yesterday I took a drink of my coffee and asked them to add more vanilla bean. They did so and stirred I with the mixing spoon THEN PUT THE SPOON BACK IN THE CUP OF GROSS WATER TO BE USED AGAIN!! Someone please get the health department involved.
I ordered coffee everyday and this is the only Dunkin Donuts that has kind and courteous customer service the one young lady works there she makes my coffee perfect every time she even asked me the one day if it was made correctly it was not she didn't make it she went and remade it for me very sweet people would recommend this site all day long
Don’t know why everyone even does a review here no one ever responds to it I’ve seen the owner doesn’t look too bright if you ask me but I’ll put one here anyways for you all to read I only do mobile orders sometime I’ll place one over the speaker but usually I do mobile orders and every time they always hand me my coffee but I always have to ask for the donut or they asked me was that all I’m like if you know I ordered a coffee what about the donut it’s on the same order why aren’t they both ready why do I have to always ask for my Donut. if I don’t ask you’re not gonna give it to me lol.
Disorganized/poor management. Had to ask for someone to take my order at the intercom with a line of cars. I stared at my order sitting on a counter for 5 full minutes after I paid. 4 other employees walked by and looked at it/me. Watched the guy make a bunch of sandwiches just to have him hand me a no-longer-hot one that was already sitting with my drink. Seemed like everyone was randomly doing a little of everything and seemed lost/overwhelmed instead of having any organized system or assigned tasks. I feel bad for them.
At this point I may as well cut my losses and buy my own bagels and cream cheese if I'm going to have to come home and add more cream cheese to a bagel I bought! Guys, come on!
Wanted in drive thru for 20 min to order donuts. Got to speaker and was told we have no donuts. Ok how does dunkin DONUTS not have donuts in middle of the day. Said ok forget it and lady on speaker said it is what it is. What kind of service is that. Definitely not going back. Terrible service
Love the coffee! Long drive thru line, but went fairly quick, and the order was correct!
It was my first time at this dunkin, and it was great. Friendly from the moment I pulled up until the moment I drove away. The hospitality industry isn't what it once was. It's nice to be treated professionally and so kindly. Thank you
Only doing drive-through and online ordering. There are two working registers at the counter. Don’t see why you can’t take my order.
