I have never had a bad drink from this location- the lattes and refreshers have always been delicious and I don’t feel like I’m playing the Dunkin roulette. HOWEVER, this location is outrageously priced in relation to the others in the area. I know it’s a franchised location and a minor increase is to be expected, but $1.25 for oat milk vs 60¢ at other locations is insane. $4 for a medium refresher vs $2.79 everywhere else…it’s a little out of hand. The employees are always so prompt, kind, and respectful. I have never had an issue with customer service. Great team here.
My coffee never really taste the same. A couple times i went here and gave them my order, they would read it back to me, and i would receive the wrong drink or some of the things i asked for would not be in the drink. Some people are very friendly there but others are not. The drive through is very hard to hear idk if it’s just me but the speaker sounds very muffled and tends to cut out which makes it difficult to hear. Besides the negative experiences I have had, I've had good ones.
Everything went fine, until I got to the window to get my order and the young man looked at me and decided he would show his prejudice by slinging my bag of food and then close the window without giving a common courtesy of thank you come again or have a good day, nothing. He was very arrogant and ignorant I guess you get good service if you fit the lack of color there of. Ridiculous this is 2022 treat people the way you want to be treated.
Coffee left a bad bitter taste in our mouth and wasn't even made right. Also was 25 % higher than other dunkin in the area.
Sandwich was good but the person who took order couldn't get our orders right
I come to this Dunkin donut all the time.the employees are great.I come here about 5-7 times a week it's on my way to work.Unfortunately the prices keep going up.It's has gone up 3 times in the last two months.If there was another Dunkin' donuts on my way to work I probably be going to that one since this one their prices are getting out of hand
They are always quick, friendly and consistent! Honestly, I'm impressed with how well they hold up considering everything that's been happening with COVID.
My drink felt light lol. Paid for a large got a medium, and it’s warm not hot ?
This place is always CRAZY busy. Thankfully, the donuts are always good. I know the staff have to be a little stressed so it's hard to fault them for not all being rays of sunshine.
Raise the price of coffee to pay for the customers you are losing by keeping the dining room closed and the people you lose in that ridiculous drive through because they can’t wait. Pay a higher wage and you may just get some good employeesI go to the location on Broadview road, faster service, prices are much lower.
