I called af 11:10 to check delivery status on my pizza and the lady kept saying “we’re currently closed” and hanging up before I could say a word. Then my pizza was thin instead of think. Complete bs… This place should be burned to the ground with the Yale’s workers left in it. I ordered once a week. Never again.
Best day chain pizza I've ever had! Always generous with their toppings and a great crust sauce vibe going for them as well. Oh and they're a Ohio founded and Ohio based company for what that's worth.
It was great! We don't get here often since we only know of this 1 location left and it's not really close to us.
Well I love this pizza but something has happened to this location. I picked up my pizza and brought it home to dig in only to find clumps of herbs that burned! What a waste of herbs for one thing but when you burn them they are disgusting! You were very slow, no reason for the burned pizza. So dissatisfied, I don’t like wasting money.

The best. I order at least 3 times a week, I have type 2 Diabetes and I can not eat a regular crust.. LIsten diabetic folks!!! You can enjoy without worry.The cauliflower crust pizza is the bomb. Several managers and employees formerly employed at Donatos Lewis Center location years 2001/2002 participate with Ohio Revised Code 2933.52, 2907.08 sextortion, password, and credit card number theft some of these may still be employed in central Ohio food service. Manager that drove green jeep and red mazda showed up at homes of former Donatos employee littered on their lawn and picked fights as well. Later on would be overt committing technology crime. Manager Heather Lindquist and employee Carrie Kail would make sexual contact with Male manager on company time and premises. Employee Chris Adcock who bragged his dad does technology crime also bragged about spitting on pizza ordered by family he had Olentangy high school grudge with. If it weren't for lazy attitude from central Ohio law enforcement locals would have likely heard this from traditional news source.
Excellent pizza.Not too many Donatos Pizza shops left in northeast Ohio since the franchisee overbuilt and went bankrupt and they all closed up.If you like Donatos your only choice is this location.
Place was a bit Hectic, Pizza was slightly over cooked, but not bad. Over all good food.A little Pricey also.
I love there pizza ? not to mention I work there so definitely 5 stars ?
