Placed an online order for pickup for my family. Picky kids so we ordered one pizza half plain and the other half with two toppings. After my husband arrived him alas the pizza was incorrect. One half with one topping and one half with the other, no plain cheese. I called to ask for a refund for the incorrectly made pizza and the young man who answered said all they can do is hold a $10 credit for my next order. He refused to refund my form of payment. We won't be ordering here again. My mistake for ordering from a chain! Just a bunch of teens who don't pay any attention to what you order!
They haven’t disappointed at all and last night Rocky delivered a free Medium pizza. Because of the free gift we got bread bites and lava cakes. My kids always think it’s a party when we get pizza Thank you Domino’s fam ?❤️
Ordered this at 940 and two hours later there was still no update. So I called the store about 6 times trying to see if I can just cancel my order to get my money back, and they never picked up. At 1205, after they were closed and I assumed I would at least get my order cancelled and my money back, they sent this poor girl out after they were closed to deliver this pizza that I could see on their tracker had been sitting there done for an hour at this point.This is the mess I got. An ice cold bubble pizza and bread bites that looked and tasted like they were drown in I can’t even begin to describe what. So I went to their dumb “delivery insurance” thing and they offered me a medium pizza. More awful pizza, but free next time! This ad campaign for it is a joke if your solution to stealing $30 from me is a free medium pizza.
For the greater part we love this Dominos. We had a bad start when we first ordered and a couple of times after that but the manager was willing to do what ever was necessary to correct those situation. We order from here on the average 3 times per week. One thing I would advise is better training of staff (not manager) they come off as rude whenever it's a bust time.
terrible . the “manager “ was completely rude i spoke to a guy not sure why my pizza came cold and took almost 2 hrs when driver arrived he threw the pizza at me like it was my fault it was late
Horrible place!! terrible to their employees here. Don't eat or work here or any location in this area. The manager yells at customers and his employees in front of customers.
I order frequently from them and they are always late and don’t answer the phone. Today I made and order and the tracker says “out of the oven making sure is perfecto” and is been like that for 50 minutes and no one answers the phone to at least know the status. I definitely won’t be buying from them anymore.
I orderd three pizzas a cheese a pepperoni and a veggie. I also ordered a bread that had enough oil for 11 orderes. I got 2 cheese and no pepperoni. I called and was told nothing can be done because they only have 1 driver. Mabey pay your employees a living wage and train them properly to ensure costumers are all recieveing poor service.
Staff is nice. Pizza is well Dominos. It's a cheap pizza and quick for the times we are heading home and dont have time for dinner.
I’ve never had a issue coming here, I usually call in my order so I can get extra sauce in my pasta and for the man that made it a big shout out THANK YOU literally made my lunch and my day a lil better. Thank you for the extra sauce I hope your days are wonderful like you!!!
