Pizza was good ! Enjoyed it ! Only complaint restrooms were dirty !
Was great time for kids but a lot has changed. Offered no adult beverages, salad bar was bare and more then a few broke games. But as always kids loved it

Not cooperative at all. The place was so loud on Sunday and I asked for the first choice in the menue which 30 minutes and they gave 30 points instead. A 5 minutes later the cards stop working and I went to ask why since I paid for 30 minutes but they told that she heard 30 points and they over now. I told her I paid $30 for two card for 30 minutes each and showed her the receipt .They said sorry that they cant do nothing and we have to leave.
Best location thus far.. I'm happy my family enjoy themselves. Customer service was amazing. Place was very clean. Food was hot and ready... other guests were very polite and respectful , only thing I really didn't care for was their high prices... yes I said it, chuck e cheese prices to play increased a bit. Plan to spend a nice little penny to enjoy yourself here.
I was shocked that my group and maybe 3 other families, werethe only ones there. We were there around 8pm. For a Friday night, it was basically dead. But, the service was great and helpful. Pizza ? like always, delicious! They didn't have White Zinfandel so I had chardonnay. They were out of beer ? tho, I'm sure just for that night. Even tho it was just us, we at least didn't have to wait to play ?. Still had a great time.
Site lived up to its purpose. Full of children, some laughing, some crying, some scared of the big mouse puppet. Pizza, drinks, games good. The life-size Chuckie Cheese was a disappointment! Small in stature, low energy, delayed in appearing, parties kept waiting. Overall, good experience.
My daughter loved it she turned one great staff clean environment but some of the games did not work properly but she didn't notice lol
The Ridgewood Drive location was very clean, and not to crowded. The staff interacted with the children made their experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Great for adults accompanying children, as well as the children themselves. Great for children gatherings and celebrations! ?
They only have diet salad dressing.
