OH WOW!!! What a great place. Will definitely order from here again !! Ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Orange Chicken box!!! I love that they use thighs for the Bourbon chicken. Soooo tender! The Orange chicken reminds me of the chinese restaurant that had been at Parmatown...sooooo yummy! The fried rice is moist and tender and it was enough for two meals for me. I definitively recommend Chopstick express!!!
Was in the area and was craving some Asian food. I pulled in and parked my vehicle. Went inside to order as I always do because I hate drive thrus discovers only doordash can pick up inside. I had to wait on traffic to pull into the drive thru. It’s gets better, I ask on the speaker what are their vegan options and do they have a vegetable dish. The girl inside kept screaming “ get closer to the speaker I can’t hear you” I was so close I could touch the speaker. At this point I said never mind and pulled off. Better service is needed wish I read the reviews prior to pulling in.
Spoke with a girl on the phone who was extremely rude about the order I was trying to place. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she can’t allow me to without a reason.. the reason is really not her business but I said I want to speak to a manager about an order. She was very argumentative and eventually let me speak to her who by the way was actually nice and accommodating. Apparently the girl I spoke to is new which is odd how much of a power trip she was having being new. I almost didn’t give them my business because of this but it’s the most convenient option.
fried rice with no veggies? I was told they couldn't even add onion to my rice its just brown rice SMH - people still pack this place its a hard NO for me going forward.
I places and order thru online app and so I wdnt to pick my food up as soon as I walked in I seen the guy picking his nose over the food so I told the person can cancel my order cause the guy that naking the food was picking his nose they told me no that I am lying so I told go reply the camera if I am lying I will give u 1,000 dollars they told me just leave so I guess I have to cancel with my credit card company please people watch what you guys eat
Great food at a great price! Spicy general tso and lots of it. Will be coming here instead of Panda from now on
I have just recently discovered this hidden gem in Parma! I first saw Chopsticks Express on Door Dash and thought that I would give it a try! The food was hot and delicious, and prices are very reasonable! Everything I have tried is fantastic, but the Mango Chicken is my favorite! Great customer service as well! Must try if you're in the area!
Chopsticks is one of our favorite Chinese food restaurants now; great food, price and portions. Over a month ago I had ordered six entrees. My husbands was a large entree (3 meats). When he opened his up, he had less meat than my daughters who had one meat. I called gave my order number and was told I could come back up which my husband didn’t want to do. I was advised next time I ordered to just give our online order number and they would give us his for free. Ordered last night online. I called to ask how to do the free one and was told when I come to pick up the other food they would make it. I arrive, give my order number they had messed up and was asked who I spoke to when I had called. She didn’t give me a name and I advised of the whole conversation and instructions I was given. May, I guess the manager, said she couldn’t find any documentation of this and spent ten minutes looking for proof. I finally just told her forget it, just make it for me and I would pay for it. The other food I had ordered was getting cold sitting there while she worried about a $10 meal. I order there probably every 4-6 wks. Very disappointed in how I was made to feel like a was lieing She kept asking who I spoke with. I repeated what I was told. Your error became my fault. Parmatown store.
Ive been going here for a while now, a good mix of price and quality. There are minor differences between here and the one by southland, I bet the oil is 10 degrees hotter or cooler... Not a bad difference tho, just enough to notice theyre not exactly the same egg rolls.I always get the fried rice/noodle half and half in my boxes. I wish they had a bigger line up for that but im glad the portions are largish... Im a largish guy.I overheard the car behind us arguing over teriyaki in the box (it is not part of that option), and I can only imagine how often that argument happens... I dont miss restaurant work lol.Thank you chopsticks! Ill be back soon!
