Just went to the pleasant valley located. 7 people were infront of me an it took a half hour to get my order in. The girl workers looked straight at the door and wouldn’t acknowledge you. If you asked for something extra you would get an eye roll. They complained to each other and made comments the whole time. I have never seen workers move so slow, and it seemed like they were doing it on purpose. All the people at the line waiting for their food seemed uncomfortable by them. My chips are stale and my bowl wasnt properly closed so it went everywhere. Will not be going this location again.
This was the best location for years and was hardly busy. Every time I go to this location it’s a problem lately. Today, online orders only bjt 10 ppl in line looking like they were waiting to order? The last time I tried to order there, it was cash only and I didn’t have cash. Make up your mind with how you want people to pay. There’s always a bunch of workers standing around while two people are on line making the orders. The employees are also extremely rude. The lady was mad she was asked to add more chicken to my DOUBLE chicken bowl. To her that meant 2 extra pieces. Just a disappointment every time. I will drive further fo a different location now.
This place is a joke in running a business aspect. Inconsistent store hours. They were closed during the afternoon on any given day. Like, today I went in to order a bowl with chip and they don't serve tortilla chips in store. But if you order online you'll get it?? Another day I try to order quesadillas online It was not open. So, I go there to order and they told me I need to order online. I said to them is not open? They told me it is just open now. What a joke this place is. Unfortunately, this location is the closest to my house. I have to deal with the new era of foodservice.
So i went there on 4/11/2022 at 8.50 PM. The girl was rude and half a scoop of rice and beans, i get it she probably was tired.when i went to cash out the cashier told me my card wasn't approved Wich i found strange because it sead approved so he had me insert it again when i got home I looked at the the receipt it was the wrong order then I looked at my bank account he charged me for an extra order this will be the last time i go to chipotle. If i am going to get changed 43 dollars i will go to the winking lizard or Cozumel
3/23/2022 walk in they say online orders only. I ask why they say we don’t have enough staff. There’s 6 people working. How is that not enough people working?! This place is horrible. They all just talk about how it’s not there job etc and how someone else can do it. Meanwhile they stand there doing nothing. Had you just done it instead of complaining the task would be done. Under motivated workers. Horrible leaders and bosses at this location. They always take super long because they just try to pass the job off to someone else. Terrible place to get chipotle from. The entire staff and management team should be removed of its employment and changed. Ordered online got double chicken extra rice extra corn. The bowl was 1/4 filled. Lmao place is absolutely horrible.
Food is usually good here but the online ordering system they have is ridiculous. It seems that there's no shortage of workers and they are all standing around or cleaning. It's puzzling? Chipotle seems like more of a waste of time than anything and not available for everyone who wants it. Only available for those with phones
We ordered online while in side the store, after picking the food took 8 minutes to get home and , we found that food was cold, chips were smelly like they they were using old oil, our order was labelled for each person, so we have to dig into each bowl and try to figure it out who it’s go to, called the store and no once answered the phone, this is the worst experience we had at a chipotle, very bad experience, I can eat chipotle every day but not from this store
This was my favorite chipotle out of every restaurant they have around the Parma area. But recently when i order off my phone and go pick it up, they are the WORST. Small. Cold. and nothing like the amount they would give me if I was in front of there faces. Terrible to go service. so disappointing.
By far the best chipotle around. Every time I order they make it perfect. I will drive the extra time to go to this location.
I love this location. The food is amazing and fresher than any other location around. The staff is always incredibly friendly and kind. I am writing this review in hopes it can help you improve your customer experience….I have been to this location twice in the past two weeks and the food line is absolutely trashed. There is food and salsa and sour cream and cheese scattered EVERYWHERE. It’s disgusting. Tonight I watched the manager have conversations with multiple people on the front line and he didn’t think to clean the line so that the bottom of everyone’s bowls and burritos aren’t covered in other customer’s food. Please PLEASE fix this!!!!!!
