I’m done coming here for pick up as a customer and as a dasher. As a customer today I picked up food for my wife the stake burrito bowl had no rice and I don’t mean it didn’t have enough it had zero rice I have a picture also there was hardly any steak at least they put an enormous amount of guacamole. The Barbacoa burrito was fine only downside was everything was cold like It was sitting there for longer than it should have been. this is a common thing. The burrito bowl literally looked half full. unless you go there in person you get poor customer service everything is cold and you are ripped off. I don’t know how many dasher customers I’ve had them ask me to make sure the food is not cold before you bring i. that tells me a lot.

I live nearby and I will purposely drive to the next city over than to ever go to this establishment again. They’re consistently out of things, including ice and self serve beverages, which they laugh about. The dining room always looks like there’s been a food fight. They need to hire someone better to run this place before they close.

My last 4 visits to this store have been negative.On Saturday, I put in an online order for pickup at 5:10. My food was ready at 6:05, almost a full hour later.Then I looked in the bag and saw that the order was labeled correctly but completely wrong.Burrito instead of bowl, I received chicken instead of veggies, white rice instead of brown, no beans. The only thing that was correct was the lettuce. Since I had no intention of waiting another hour for a corrected order, I left.This was an embarrassment to Chipotle. After the last several experiences I've had, the owners would be better off closing as opposed to offering the poor service they've had of late.

Normally love the location and I understand times are rough but this one I can't excuse. Placed an online order for 7:15 walked in at 7:25 because I know its Normally busy and im cool with that but get home and found a bug in my chicken bowl. Please Please don't make me avoid this location guys otherwise I'm just outta luck on work days

Went to this location last evening for takeout order, the Employees didn’t seem happy, very young, when I finally saw the cashier she was extremely RUDE, I used a credit card to pay my bill, she walked away from me, didn’t ask if I wanted my credit card receipt, nor did she hand my food items to me, or say thank you, I am very disappointed with that, I also work with customers daily, and appalled by this, they will never get my business again

I think Chipotle is extremely overrated and over priced to begin with so I only eat here once every few months when I’m outvoted by my household and tonight proved my point. Having to wait almost an hour after scheduled pickup to get my food is annoying in itself but having to then go home and reheat up the laughable amount of food is ridiculous. If I had waited that long and when I got my food it was full and hot I would not be as upset. But to wait that long to get ice cold food with hardly anything in it??? Unacceptable. And this has happened the last several times. You’d think by now with all the negative reviews and surveys they’d at least try to make some changes. Profit over anything else I guess.

This chipotle is always a hot mess and the bowls are very inconsistent. By that, I mean serving sizes and flavor. Today, our rice was hard. Last time, the bowl was pretty good. Most of the time we end up regretting our decision going to this chipotle location, but it’s only minutes away. Staff has always been friendly though.

What's the point of having so many workers and I get there at 10:45am when they open and they have nothing ready. Looked like the tofu and beans there was from yesterday and not fresh. They had no ingredieents for quac and no veggies made. Horrible. The coca cola they gave me from the cooler wasn't cold. Oh. I'm never coming back here. Also very stingy with trying to fill the bowl up. I live in the area and still had to warm my food when I got home. This place is horrible.

Zero stars! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! No stock ever, hardly open late anymore, you treat people like absolute garbage and could care less if the food is correct or not. Shame on every single last one of you. You’ve lost my business for life, and every single member of my family will no longer eat your subpar food ever again. I will never recommend chipotle to anyone I ever meet again. Disgusted. Close this branch for good!

I would rate this place ZERO 0. This place is absolutely horrible and disrespectful. I stopped at Chipotle today located in Ridgewood, Parma, OH 44130 and I had the worst experience ever. Once I got into the restaurant, they told me I can only order online even though they can take my order there. I sat there and ordered online, however the website did not take my order and it kept saying "Something Went Wrong". I talked to the staff about the issue, and they all ignored me except for one guy who said "yeah, probably our website is down" so I asked him "what can I do about it?" and he said, "nothing to do about that" and walked away. They could have taken my order in the restaurant, but they were so lazy and rude. I don't understand why a restaurant like this hire would [people who don't want to work. Never ever going to that place again. What a waste of car gasoline.
