We loved the stick on placemats for children. The food is always good. And this particular establishment has a nice lady that brings it to you in the dining room. We will always go here again when we visit Chagrin
Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this meal, waited over 25mins for no reason.2 meals one missing fries, and a fork, napkins for my salad, open to look at my sandwich end pieces of tomato.The young man that took our order was definitely not up to the Chick Fila standards regarding his greeting or taking order.We had to ask for a menu and watched him slowly stroll to retrieve one.The entire experience was not up standards.Definitely not sure about going back. For the experience and the meals themselves they were just okay.
I ordered my food to go and gave them my name then waited on the side. I waited more than 15 minutes. Once I spoke with a duty manager due to my order have taken too long. she told me my food was on the side shelf and tried to give cold food. which I don’t get why no one called my name once the order was ready. It was my first bad experience with a manager and Chick-fil-A store and the way I was treated.
My loving fiancé wanted to surprise my daughter and I some chick fil. I told him our daughter loved it and poor guy had to go back because they messed up our order and came home to burnt fries and chicken! My daughter was excited to see the bag and she couldn’t eat it. Everything was rock hard. Can’t call and complain so we lost on money and a meal. Sad but never again. Luckily kfc never disappoints!
I bit down on 2 what turned out to be hard pieces of granola. A server brought me my money back (without me asking), was very friendly and apologetic. To me, THAT is a well run company that takes pride in service to their customers. The best of the fast food companies.

I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in a very long time and I'm so glad they opened one in Parma! I went yesterday for lunch and got the spicy sandwich with Mac and cheese & iced coffee. It was so delicious! One of the moist chicken sandwiches I ever had!
The past couple of times i’ve come to this chick fil a, a few pieces of my chicken would always have some fat or something in it but this time was completely unacceptable. i got a twelve count and almost every single piece was pink and has black spots in it. most definitely the chicken needs to be checked before and after it’s cooked and the temp should be checked on the chicken to ensure it’s cooked fully.
BEST chicken nuggets and milkshakes EVER!! The peach milkshake in the summer and the peppermint chip in the winter are my absolute favorites!!! Definitely the best milkshakes I have ever had, no matter what flavor you choose!! I also love their chicken sandwiches and the frozen lemonade. Definitely the best choice on a hot summer day to cool you down. It's extremely refreshing!!! For those who need a summer refresher with a caffeine kick, try the frosted coffee. It's another one of my favorites but the peach milkshake beats them both, hands down!!
Chick-fil-A is the number one fast food spot. Period ? Good customer service, good food. ? Never had an issue.
