I ordered $50 worth of food today on 4/1/22 and had Door Dash deliver it. Door Dash delivered no problem. However our food was made incorrectly and our sides we ordered were missing but got charged for. Called store and they said had to come to store to get a new order. They inconvenience me by messed up order then want to inconvenience me again by making come to store. Won’t go there again manager was rude too.
The strawberry lemonade is a great addition to any sandwich, can't go wrong with the Chicken California sandwich. Clean location and friendly staff.
Ordered two Philly steaks and cheese bacon ranch fries today (3/20/22). First off lemme just say whatever manager that was working is doing a poor job at training the workers.When I opened my fries. Guess what??THEY WERE RAW!! Probably cooked for maybe 40-50 seconds in the fryer??. I ate a maybe two/three fries and had to toss it. ON TOP of my fries being raw both subs were cold. I had to hea them up in the over. ALSO 30mins after eating my steak I got sick ! Puked my entire Philly steak. Complete waste of money. Mangers need to properly train staff on cooking times.
Fries always end up soggy when cheese is on them, but you can only do so much. Maybe if they used a different fry type. The food is great though and always have friendly folks running the desk and kitchen. You won’t wait long even on lunch hour which is good.
Had the cheesesteak and Pepperoni Cheesesteak, both very good. Been to Charley's in the malls before, this one is stand alone. Staff very nice, quick food prep, only waited a few minutes.
This can NOT be the same Charlie’s that is downtown or in the mall it just can’t be!! The food was NASTY!!!! The meat wasn’t chopped, no seasoning, the peppers and tomatoes were huge chunks. I can’t believe we spent that much money to be disappointed. Definitely will not be back! On a good note the staff were nice but still not going back!
I ordered for pickup one day so I could grab it on break for work. Long story short, got held up at work for two hours, and they offered to remake the whole order fresh for me. Very very much appreciated ??
I have been here a couple times and the service is great. Also my food always taste amazing and it was ready quick. Clean and the prices are worth it.
