They are serving food that has sat there so long that it's nearly petrified. The food is so cold that the cheese does not even get warm, much less melt. Someone is going to end up violently ill if management doesn't train the crews properly and supervise what is going on to prevent severe illness. Even if it doesn't make you sick, nobody should pay for food they can't even eat because it's so hard you can hammer a nail with it. Get it together. I'm about to call the health department
Waited 25 minutes for a number 10 plain with a mozzarella stick at 10:20 at night, sat at the window for 30 minutes. Not in drive thru but at the window. They’re cleaning not caring about the customers. Young Lady taking orders is just trying to do her job, while everyone else is not caring. Mind you, closes at 12am. Finally, lady from the back of house (long black hair) finally brings food with an attitude. The order is wrong. Looks like they messed up the sandwich and wiped it with a napkin. I tell her, she then insists i get A refund- and not to remake my food. Slams window door in my face and stomps to the kitchen. Even more of an attitude. I ask Her to remake it, takes another 10 minutes. Total time 35 minutes- cold food, rude customer service. Need to find new workers. Would never go to this location again.
This is the worst Burger King in the state of Ohio they can't never get nothing right milkshakes are half melted foods cold half the order didn't even get put in the bag so I had to waste more gas to go back and get my food and I didn't even get anything to reimburse me for my loss stay away from this place the manager can't even do her job
This location really needs to work on giving customers fresh food ..the sides never taste fresh either close this location down or put more effort into making better food for customers. I get it’s a fast food but if I’m spending over 10 dollars on food I expect a little more than old tasting food etc
The girl doing the drive through on 2/22 from 1pm to 2pm had the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever heard in a long time . Tried to come through just me to order and I am hard of hearing , she wouldn’t speak up , would not repeat herself and was completely rude . I leave and come back w my sister bc no matter how many times I asked the girl to repeat herself asking if I could order she was just straight up ignoring me . So here I sit still waiting now with my sister to help me and listening to her give the same attitude to the people in front of us. Short staffed or having a bad day how hard is it to repeat yourself or speak clearly to someone who is hard of hearing ? I come to this Burger King all the time because it is so close but I guess I’ll just be driving out of my way to avoid this horrible service.
This location always does a great job. Fast service and great food. Ordered a custom burger and it was perfect!
The wait in the drive through was 20 minutes but that wasn't the worst part. How? Really how can you burn breakfast sausage and still manage to give it to me cold? The breakfast sandwiches were burned, cheese not melted at all. This is the absolute worst Burger King in Parma. ??
was just up there and the worker you can really tell she was trying her best and what a hard worker she is. Order was 100% right. Della is a great employee!
Inside is very dirty. French fries all over the floor by kitchen area. Floor are extremely sticky and dirty. The food tasted dry and I lost appetite looking inside this location.
Burger was all cold cheese was half off the burger my son didn’t even eat it!! Awful
