Arby's was founded in Boardman, Ohio, on July 23, 1964, by Forrest (1922–2008)[15] and Leroy Raffel, owners of a restaurant equipment business who thought there was a market opportunity for a fast food franchise based on a dish other than hamburgers. The brothers wanted to call their restaurants "Big Tex", but that name was already used by an Akron business. Instead, they chose the name "Arby's," based on R. B., the initials of Raffel Brothers; although often mistaken for Roast Beef.[16][17][18]

It's drive thru only so the line will be long but the employees had the line moving quickly.

arbys straight closed down shop on me as i pulled up to window, shut off all lights, and said sorry we are closed, it was 7pm, and i had door dash order, then like 10 more orders from dpordash for that arbys came up, so why all the orders if the shop is closed, dont orders have to be confirmed, it was weird, like the whole system of things was in a panic mode, plus arbys wont tell me the terms and conditions bounded by with use or accepyance of a gift card, why would there be conditions upheld

This Arby's gives you the wrong order or doesn't prepare special requests properly. It used to be fantastic but is suffering through the pandemic

At 6:00 Friday the line for the drive thru was out into Snow Road. It took me 20 mins just to get to the order speaker to place my order. It took an additional 10 minutes to get to the payment window. When I went to pay, they had the wrong order waiting. 4 minutes later I was given my food WITHOUT anything being said, like I'm sorry for the delay/mix-up. Extremely disappointed. You have one window and no indoor dinning available. Who is running this location?I had another bad experience yesterday. 2/24/22 Went into the store to purchase my food. The service was a bit better this time. I paid with a gift card that I thought had $15.00 left on it. My bill should have been $15 even. I gave her the gift card and she said I owed a $1.20 more. Thinking that I probably misread my gift card, I paid. When I got home and checked my receipt I found that I was charged for, dine in, service. It's not as much about the money as the principal. I was charged tax on tax-free food.

I messed up my online order and they were understanding and sorted it out at no additional pain to me.

Tried the Diablo dare brisket sandwich. Very good flavor but disappointed with the heat level. Overly was not that hot.

Went through drive through and there was nobody there, got food home and it looked old the bun feel apart while I was trying to eat it food was cold(served that way) and fries were cold and not many in container spent 32.00 and really was disappointed that whoever served this food didnt care or even looked at food ,wont be back....

Always a long wait in the drive thru and they have indoor open/close giving how they feel that day. So your only option is wait in drive thru.

Went thier on 11/18. They completely messed up our order we had 3 drinks for 2 people. Extra fries we paid for and didnt order.
