Some places are frugal with their toppings, not so with Antonio's. They are always plentiful and delicious. Great tasting pepperoni and large cubes of ham. I always love their doughy crust too. It's that perfect Midwest crust thickness. I have been eating Antonio's pizza long before they franchised and they are just as good now as they were when they opened, no matter which location you go to. Well worth a stop.

As I finished placing a pickup order for a large pizza, the person taking the call said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I quested that long time and she repeated 45 minutes. When I hung up and told my wife it would be 45 minutes she said call them back which I did. Again the answer was 45 minutes. I arrived to pickup the pizza 30 minutes after the call. It was sitting on the sales counter and as soon as I picked it up I knew it was cold. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box or I would have seen it was burned to a dark brown color on top and black on the bottom. I was the worst experience we every had and will never visit Antonio's again.

i have been working in cleveland for almost a month. finally found a great pizza place. it was spot on delicious. the salad was excellent as well. must try and i will be back..... often!!!!!

Amazing pizza and excellent customer service. I was delighted by the laid back atmosphere. Will come again. :)

I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and Half cheese. The cheese side was all dark was so hard it was like a piece of cardboard. Had to chew really good but it was not good. When you spend 19.00 dollars you would expect good pizza. Not good. The pepperoni side wasn’t burnt like the cheese.

Just picked up my pizza. The employees were in the back, jumped the counter to help. Wrong pizza. We ordered a medium deluxe and when we got home, it was a COLD pepperoni. Attempted to call back, from 3 different phones. Would ring for a long time and then a pick up, background noise and a hang up. It is 9pm and they close at 10pm. HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE.

Not prepared for dine in. Dining area more like a waiting room for carry out and employees hang out area. All tables need wiped down. Need some type of separation for dine in customers from other activities.

Delicious pizza but very pricey! Spent over $40 on a pizza and an appetizer.

Felt like I should be privileged to have them deliver me a pizza. The app won't work on my phone, and tip for driver was asked for up front. The pizza is good, but not good enough for the attitude.

Slowly circling the drain of poor service, sigh. The staff was more interested in bickering, cussing amongst themselves then the food they were preparing and customers who were waiting. Ordered a pizza, and well, I guess you could categorize what I got as a pizza. Used to love this place but the last couples times the food quality hasn't been what it once was, sadly. Too bad we can't we "the good one days" for dinner.
