The local go-to place for an after work or a late night drink, never disappoints. Attentive service, good food, reasonable prices. The menu seems to have changed over the years, but the quality is the same. Good drink selection.
Went there for a fish fry... and the bar tender opened both front and back door to the bar. It was freezing outside!!! People were eating their meal with jackets on. I tried to close the door but she got upset and said.... I am hot... and insisted they had to stay open. I mean older people were freezing... but she was too hot... so that means all the patrons must freeze. Was a horrible dinner because of her. Wish I remembered the name....
Why the low rating?.. please allow me to explain, my friends and I decided to go to a Local Bar, The Blue Turtle.. I gotta say when we first arrived There were Three barmaids behind the bar standing there watching us as walked in and sst down, Now we waited over 10 min till one decided to asked us for drinks, And realized there were only three other couples there, I would totally understand if the place was either short staffed. Or it was really busy , but that wasn't the case This type of service was going on through out the the whole night, watching us getting passed by by other customers, waiting for our next drinks, And by the looks of the other reviews Iit seems to me it the same w complaint. I would hope that management decided to make a change on these issues , this could really hurt thier business ...

This is a local pub , most of the patrons are locals a few outsiders like me just visiting the area, the one man band playing good music and actually very good!Will be back.
We came in with a large party and a short period of time to eat. We called ahead to let them know we were coming too. The bar manager handled our party solo and knocked it out of the park. She was patient and on top of everything. Our food came out as it was prepared which was fine with us given the circumstances and everyone raved about it. The atmosphere was just what we needed and we will definitely be back! Thank you for all you did on a day that was tremendously hard for our family.
picked up the Saturday Strip Steak Special, Prepared as ordered, Great Value and a excellent meal.
