I came into the store on Wednesday 12/1 a little bit before noon to pick up a door dash order. I was not greeted by either of the employees I stood in line and neither one of them said a single word to me the entire time I was there, even as they were handing the order to me neither employee looked at me or said a word to me. The female employee that was there was not wearing any sort of headgear to prevent hair from falling into the food. The cutting boards and knives were all covered and food and sauce and they were continuing to use the knives covered in sauce on other people sandwiches which is a huge cross contamination issue. As someone who worked in and managed a subway for almost 8 years I would want to know if any of my employees were representing my store this way. Overall customer service cleanliness and food safety were not a priority for these two employees.

I usually try to give only positive reviews, but my experience tonight was so terrible that I feel the need to warn other customers. My foot long had 4 slices of turkey on it… I wish I was joking. Posted pictures for proof. They put the smallest portions of toppings on as well. I asked for lettuce, extra tomato, red onion, and mayo. I literally couldn’t taste most of them because there was so little. I basically just ate mayo-covered bread for dinner. For anyone craving a sub - there’s a nice Jersey Mike’s down the street that won’t waste your time or completely ruin your dinner!
This place can not get an online order right to save there life. I will drive how ever far from now on to avoid this place. I even contacted the store to let them know the mess up and all they can say is sorry we will try harder.
Subway is the best hope the one near me never closes if you don't like it your carzy this place is the best

Today My wife brought home a tuna sandwich as we eat from here and many other subways all over.. BUT !!!tonight was the very best tuna sandwich I've ever had in my life from any subways anywhere..Yes it was just a tuna sandwich but it was put together so perfectly that I took a long time eating it to savor the flavor ?.It's not often they get recognized for trying to make someones sandwich .. WELL!!To the fella that made my sandwich..THANK YOU. My fiancé and I have always received great customer service here. The food has been good, and the store was fairly clean. I did not notice any fruit flies like a previous reviewer stated. This is the subway location that my fiancé and I prefer in the area.
