First time at a Starbucks in years never know what to get so I don’t go but I pulled up said I’m not a Starbucks person and with a great attitude she said you will be after this purchase I asked what should I get I like sweet I trusted her recommendation and loved it few jokes at the window while I was waiting! I gotta point out I never get that kind of spirit or humor when go to any fast food definitely lifted me up if I could I would give more than 5 stars thank you!??
Usually have a good experience however today my wife wanted a coffee and ordered ahead, it was made incorrect which is no problem. When I asked the barista to remake the coffee she was more than happy to however instead of reading the sticker that says what's in it she asked me to which I replied I'm not sure what her coffee order is so just whatever the sticker says and she says okay then proceeds to ask me what type of milk and then still makes the coffee completely wrong. Dont get me wrong the staff is super friendly and willing to fix any issue just if your in a hurry you should choose somewhere else.
I've never been able to understand the Starbucks hype. Well after stopping at two gas stations yesterday that didn't have any coffee made at 8:30 in the morning I now understand the Starbucks hype. Thanks for always having hot and fresh coffee made even if it's overpriced.By the way I also observed your employees completely hustling and I was really impressed with their team and how well they work together to get these orders in and out. Thanks for a great coffee.
The entirety of this Starbucks is a 12/10 for me! The people are so sweet and go above and beyond the n customer service! The orders come out QUICK and are literally always right! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Give these people a raise!!
Long line in the drive thru but I ordered online and went inside to get it in minutes! Great job staffing to handle the rush!
Eventhough they were busy, they were very efficient in getting the drinks out in timely manner. I told the cashier that I had to go back to work and she reassured me that they are working on it and it'll be out soon. Great customer service!
Great staff - the guy who takes orders in the morning is always enthusiastic and nice. He's awesome.
Very quick and accurate. Even with a long drive thru line, wrapping around the building, we waited less than 10 minutes.
