Overall bad experience....ordered 1/2lb of wings only received 4 wings for 8.99. I have a food scale, so I weighed them it was only 4oz with the box. Called the store to explain that they did not give me a 1/2 like they where supposed to. Mgr claims that the wings lost 4oz cooking (such a lie, but ?) when I gave then a chance to rectifying the situation she told me to email corporate.... I can see why this store has a high turnover rate and the customer service is starting to slip away. Oh romeos employees who are looking at this, 1.25oz= 1 wing fully cooked with sauce thus 5-6 WINGS EQUALS A HALF POUND... Hopefully the owner will see this and we can come to a resolution, before I spread the rumor of the bad experience (order 58 on 2/26/22) I had.
One of the best pizzas around and they have no problems with special orders. Butcher shop pizza is great!
Today, 11/21/21 at 230 pm we came to pick up a pizza for a doordash order. The sole girl working must have been the rudest, most condescending, and deceitful employee I've encountered in my 36 years on earth. Who wants to be screamed at when they go to pick up their order? Not me, not any of my friends. Never again Romeo's Pizza, N. Olmsted OH on Lorain Rd.

In my own opinion... This chain ⛓️ was designed with me in mind everything from the perfect crisp crust, the sweet sauce absolute bliss. It's hard to describe but I love pizza and nothing to me was completely perfect. No matter what chain there was something always missing. I could never put my finger on it until I encountered Romeos. All I can say is the ultimate for me is the Dante's Peak I would highly recommend it but no matter what order what you like and give the most perfect pizza a try. See if you have that aha moment like I did. It's worth it even if you don't agree.

I am giving 5 stars because there’s currently only 1 driver for the store Monday - Friday. He seems to get my orders delivered in a timely fashion which is shocking considering every time he delivers, he has a car full of orders and double checks the order to make sure he gives the correct one. He’s also a great driver, he very quickly backs his car all the way up the driver way with no flaws. The car is nice as well I just might have a rocket button on it. I recommend tipping him well. He’s an efficient driver with a newer looking car and always has multiple delivery working hard. He also says his body doesn’t work well with heat so if he looks mad, he’s not he’s just tired of the heat.FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT!!!!
Quotes 65 minutes online delivery ordered. Called after an hour and a half, last time I checked that was 90 minutes. The worker who answered the phone was rude telling me I was quoted an hour and a half when I attempted to explain I was quoted 65 minutes she hung up on me. Unfortunately, after being a faithful customer for 10 years, this will be our last order with Romeos.
What are some ways to improve? Improve it all! Terribly disappointed in Romeos of North Olmsted!! After being a loyal customer of 10 years, we will NEVER order from this store again. Service has gone to garbage in the past year, customer service as well as delivery. I've given them several "second" chances over the year, due to the pandemic.. but after tonight's late delivery, cold and unappetizing food , as well as beyond unacceptable customer service.. I was hung up on when calling to check status of my already late order... we are DONE!!
got pizza today from them. one has half the cheese missing. the other pizza is CLEARLY BURNT ON TOP yet they decided to send them out anyways.
