We waited 15 minutes after being sat before someone came to take our order. The waitresses that did come was not actually assigned to our table but took initiative to serve us after seeing that no one elese was waiting on us yet. We appreciated her for stepping up to help, even though she was not actually meant to serve our table. The food itself took a very long time to come out and was ok, but nothing to write home about. With the amount of workers in the restaurant at the time, compared to the number of guest, we could not understand why it took almost 90 minutes until we could actually eat our entrees. To sum it up, it was not the best dining experience. Even though I was happy that our waitresses stepped up to help us, we rarely saw her until it was time to pay. To sum it up though, the experiment was not worth the $135 total we spent.
I had the delicious salmon mother's day special as my lunch, with an additional house salad and Moscato wine. Everything tasted great! There wasn't much, if any, salt on the salmon but salt was available on the table, so this might be an appropriate place for those with salt restricted diets. There was complimentary bread brought out for our table, too, but it was a single loaf, coated with oil and seasoning, and was not broken or in slices, so we were supposed to get our hands dirty to break it ourselves. We asked for a knife to cut it, but we were warned that it is considered bad luck to cut rather than break bread. A knife was provided, anyway, which was nice. The portions were very filling, so I took another meal's worth of food home in a box!
The food was delicious and service was great. The reason I'm giving it a single star is that there's a 2$ inflation fee that will be added to your bill and there's no mention of it anywhere. Keep in mind if there's multiple bills everyone will get said fee. Instead of adding the fee maybe add small increases to your food and beverage but hey what do I know I've only work in the food industry for 20 years.
A chain restaurant that doesn't seem like a chain. Great food, reasonable price, friendly service. Way better overall value compared to Carrabba's
Server could not remember anything and wrote nothing down, everyone’s food came at different times, drinks were continuously left empty. Bathroom was in desperate need of attention, very dirty toilet paper just setting on the ground instead of in holder, trash over flowing, locks on multiple doors broken.
Bring back eggplant parm. Too much rosemary in things, and italian salad dressing is horrible!
Wait staff was very attentive on an especially busy Mother’s Day.
