Awful awful awful. Ordered delivery, nearly $50 worth of food. They contracted out to DoorDash & I got the wrong order, not even CLOSE to what I ordered. Could be the store or doordasher but I’ll never know because nobody at the store will pick up. In fact, I can tell they continue to hang up on me. What an absolute waste of money, never again.
Ordered pickup and the staff were very friendly. The food was hot & fresh, packaged well.1 pizza wasn't cut....
My order is always ready at the exact time I pick it up. The employees are always friendly and super fast.

try cutting the slices the same size.....Not some that are 2 inches and then some are 5 inches wide....Stevie Wonder could have done better....

Hire better delivery drivers and store managers that are willing to help and listen when I explain there must have been a mistake as I did not receive my pizza and they refused to honor a refund or help. They were super busy and I kept calling for over an hour and sometimes would get the store associates or I would get the call center and they would transfer me to the store to then get disconnected. Deliver driver was rude when I asked for a refund. He said you have your pizza we are not refunding you anything.
My wings were not delivered with my order when I tried calling the store they had a third party answering their calls. I was told the store would call back but they never did
Dear Pizza Hut,First, when did you start having a call answering service answer calls for your stores during business hours?After hanging up on me 3 times, your call answering service rep took my order, told me to pick it up in 15-20 min, then I walked up to the store at 9:54pm...the door was locked, though you close at 10pm..the rude lady was counting money from the drawer, rolling her eyes so hard at me I think they might have got stuck up there...and then got angry with me because I politely knocked on the door to try and get her attention, as I was clearly confused...not realizing the original person I spoke to on the phone was some other lady from an answering service I'm a different state/country til after I called back...which when I did call back...I got hung up on a 4th time....then they called me back...said 2 words...then hung up on me a 5th time.P.S. - This is the first negative review of a business I've ever left online in my life. I mean, I know it's just pizza...but I'm just flat out annoyed (and hungry) right now.Do better next time.
