We ordered the "Epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza" and added extra cheese. Got the pizza and there was no pepperoni at all. I called the store and the person who answered was apparently not trained in customer service! He said he was the manager. Very unprofessional and rude! He said that you have to add pepperoni to the toppings! False advertisement and horrible customer service. He didn't even offer to fix the order. Definitely won't choose Papa John's again. Better off ordering from the expensive places like Angelo's in Lakewood! Way better customer service and worth the extra money!!
I was a former GM at the old Bedford OH location when I was 21. Jerry, the GM at the North Olmsted location was my area supervisor when I worked at Bedford Papa Johns. He was a great area supervisor then.Jerry is the MAN. The FINAL BOSS of general managers. The North Olmsted store always looks clean. I have had zero issues with any of my orders in the last 10 years. I'm 44....and that GM has been with the company for 20+ years. That is impressive. Puts my 5 year stint there to shame lol.Everyone there is nice. Everyone there does a really good job. Especially the last two years, in the mistd of this covid $hit $how.Keep up the good work.
Coold d not take my order because my company cell phone caller ID did not show up. They declined the sale. Unbelievable
Dont understand why Everytime I come here my online to go orders are never even started . Says 25 min wait and only ordered things... The store is so dead and order not even started.
I don't know what happened at this location but no toppings whatsoever...also have a no contact delivery but they want to pound on the door and go to a door that's not even lit up for delivery. Oh then he asks if I even order it!
Called and ordered pizza (call center answered this was at 10:15 pm.) I specifically asked I know you close at 11p.m. will I have any issues getting my order, he says no that's just for carry out delivery is fine so I order the total is 35 dollars, they tell me an hour, so after an hour I just happen to look at my bank account and see they credited me my money back, so I call no answer so they closed like I had suspected which was why I asked to begin with, so the next night I order at 9:55p.m. (call center answered again) keep in mind they are out of state possibly out of the country, I order my same order from the night before, and he says ok that will be 73 dollars and I'm like how for 1 pizza cheese sticks and a dr pepper, so I tell him to please connect me to the actual store he does no answer so long story short I got pizza hut I will never attempt to order from them again
Quick, but very dry and burned pizza. Poor QC at best or perhaps just inferior product. Also a bit pricey, even if it were good.
Pizza is good. Prices are little hight but I go when I can use promo. Usually 25off code works so fine with me I'll order. It's good pizza
We've tried the North Olmsted location multiple times over the last couple years. This location is extremely stingy on toppings, even compared to other PJ locations. They also usually forget dipping sauces if you get a few of them. I'm done going here. I've given it multiple tries.
Love the pizza!! Good delivery service.. Unfortunately my sandwich wasn't made properly but overall good..
