The best Mr Hero in Cuyahoga County! We always get excellent customer service. Their sandwiches are always hot, fresh and made to perfection! The waffle fries are amazing too!
Just as good as the Mr Hero I grew up on, except this store is kept very clean! Friendly staff too. Great experience

Store #1086 is where my husband and I went for dinner. We’ve never been to a Mr. Hero’s and a good friend told us to try it. We got the Buttered Cheesesteak Sub with Mushrooms and Onions. Not only was the lady taking our order such a sweet kind woman but the cook in back also makes a bussin’ sub! I would ten out of ten recommend to everyone and anyone. We’re going back tomorrow for sure!
We spent 25 min trying to find a Mr. Hero open, even though the web says 9pm and the open signs were on, the other mr heros were all closed. This was the only one that was open as advertised on the web. Even with us showing up at 10 to close the staff was great! Super nice, order was perfect, we appreciate it!!
Good food and customer service! One day I only had enough to get a fry and a sandwich separately, the manager gave me a free drink! That's awesome he's a great guy! Love coming here!
