Three things I like about Mr Hero:For a fast food restaurant, they put taste first, which is unusual.Waffer fries.This is a local chain that's done well. Cheers to them.
Remarkably good teriyaki for a shopping mall food court. Chicken cooked fresh while you wait.
Ive never seen a grumpier person take an order. The man that usually works here is snippy, impatient, and constantly glaring at everyone. No wonder it's always dead. The one time I decided to give them a chance, I was fearful my food was going to be tampered with. Go elsewhere.
The Dr.pepper tasted like dog water. 0/10 do not reccomend
The fellas were really kind, the cashier I believe ones was named like Khalil or something like that. He was really kind and helpful and did not seem to get inpatient as I answered the phone in front of him. usually I don't answer the phone at these odd times but it was my divorce lawyer. Khalil even asked about it such as if I get to keep the car and when I get to see my kids. I thought it was rude at first but I saw his pretty eyes and I knew he was a kind man. The chef in the back was really good at what he does, not compared to usually from this location. I think someone said his name was Michael, shout out to you Mikey!!. The only reason I could not give a five was because of rude manager who was interrupting Kahlil while he was taking my order. Also a dollar fifty for extra meat, come on dog that's to much!!
Just look at this sandwich. It had no flavor and no meat! It was no wonder after seeing no line that I should of went across the way to a real sandwich Shoppe.

Customer service is very good. Chicken philly is good, and so is the RomanBurger. I dont like the Original Italian though.
