I love Moe's. They have ground beef and that's my favorite kind of meat for "Mexican" food. (In quotes bc it's not truly authentic. LOL) Their queso... So good. I buy the large containers to take home bc it's so good. My husband, daughter, and I could just eat that with chips and be happy. They also have a ton of gluten free options. Only a few items aren't safe. AND they go so far as to breakdown what's gluten free but could have contamination, which is awesome for those who are truly Celiac vs not.I also had a good laugh at the "check your smile for cilantro" sign in the bathroom. LOL
We ordered from this location for the first time for an office lunch. We got the fajita bar and taco bar. Everyone enjoyed it, it was very good and the gentleman who delivered it was very nice and set everything up for us. I called prior to ordering online and got recommendations for portion size and how much to order and the girl I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and friendly. One of the items I ordered was not available and I received a phone call right away and was told it would be taken off the bill. Overall very pleased!
The food doesn't reflect the price. For the same or similar price range chipotle is undeniably superior in quality, selection and experience. The staff was decent though.

By FAR my favorite restaurant and location!!! Whenever I come to this location food is fresh store is clean and workers are polite!!! Dnt go to the south Euclid location you have been warned!!! Love this place!!!!

The one time I ordered food from this location and it was a bad experience. We ordered via Uber Eats and it was delivered to us.I ordered a Homewrecker burrito with a bunch of ingredients. It was laughably small. See the photo I attached. My coworker's bowl was almost empty and we were shorted one salsa.I've never had an issue with other Moe's locations but I doubt we will be ordering from them again.We were able to get a partial refund from Uber Eats.
Ordered my dinner on DoorDash, and honestly I’m just tired of restaurants like Moes not taking the extra step to assure items travel well, fully well knowing it’s a traveling order. My items were literally thrown into a bag with chips, a cup of queso, my burrito and salsa. The burrito wasn’t wrapped. Literally at all. It exploded in the bag. My queso cup was put in the bag sideways, so I literally got nachos in a paper bag. People pay extra to have things delivered and they take no extra steps to make sure it’s okay. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’d ask for a refund but it’s honestly not DoorDashs fault, it’s your lack of discipline. 0/10 DO BETTER. DO MORE THAN THE BARE MINIMUM.
