Family favorite since forever ago. The fudge sauce is the best you will ever have.
Love the rotation on the seating. Servers bring you ice cream, water and pretzels.
Cameron loved the overall atmosphere..we almost went to east coast ice cream.. thank God we didn't.. it was a real treat for my 7 yr. Old and a real treat for me! He said we should make it a habit to"come here"
Malleys, what can you say about the BEST chocolates! They also have wonderful sundays at the North Olmsted store.
I used to love coming to malleys and now that I have a son I want him to experience what I did. Every single time wE come in your staff has an attitude or doesn’t talk can’t even welcome us in and say hello how are you! Today you no longer get served icecream you have to go up and order and then sit down which before they served you. It’s just silly to me. I’m just tired of the rudeness constantly and being unfriendly makes me not wanna come here anymore!
Was disappointed to learn I could not renew or get a new Malleys discount card, have had one since they came out. No regard for Covid and those of us that haven't been in a store for two years! That's a real shame...always come here for special occasions and Easter. Not very good at customer service I'm afraid...we will see if their chocolates have suffered too...
Limited product. Clean but dated. Does not carry the tradition happy Malley's feel they are known for. Staff Pleasant as always

Usually I have a great experience and it's my favorite location to go to. But not this last time. I simply asked a question about the chocolate bars and this OLDER lady gave me such an attitude for absolutely no reason. And when she gave me attitude she looks around at her co-workers. None of them said anything. It's sweet they hire older ladies but it's not fair for the customers and businesses to have someone so rude working customer service. It's not my fault you hate your job. Or maybe she was just having a bad day... or maybe she didn't like the color of my skin either way it's not my fault. I still thanked her for getting loud and having an attitude with me. Makes me uncomfortable going back. Just beware lol don't ask questions
