They hold true to their saying- "Freaky Fast" delivery. I've been on a Jimmy Johns food kick for about a week now. I love the Bootlegger with bacon added. As soon as I submit my order through the app, my food is delivered within 20 mins of me placing my order. The delivery team is always fast, efficient and friendly. My order is always accurate to the T. Keep up the amazing work guys, I'm now a loyal customer. Thanks for the AWESOME food!

THE MOST unprofessional child runs this store. 2 hours after placing a $60 order for delivery, I called the store to ask when it would be here. He (The General Manager - Mitch) responded with "Never. I have it as a pickup". I read him my order number and offered to send him a copy of the email receipt showing that it is IN FACT a delivery, hence the delivery charge and LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR option. He literally said "That's not what the order is, so I'm afraid you're out of luck." I asked that he simply send the sandwiches (that had been sitting there for over 2 hours) with a delivery guy (now that he knows it is IN FACT a delivery), and he again said "No. I'm not doing that because I don't know how to change it in the computer. I'm just cancelling your order." I asked for his name, and he said "NO! You don't need my name. I'm the boss that's all you need to know." He then made several rude and sarcastic comments about how we don't get to eat now. He also made several comments about how we don't know who he is and there's nothing I can do about it. Well, I DO know who he is, because he called my house from his cell phone once during a delivery to ask why there was no tip on the credit card. I explained that I was tipping in cash. WHO DOES THAT??? So, yes, I know his name, and yes, and can do something about it. Calling corporate on Monday to let them listen to the recording.
What a great place to eat! They are so fast and the food is wonderful! Everyone working there was very pleasant. I will definitely visit again next time I’m in town!
Definitely not freaky fast. Delivery is 30 min or better and I live a mile away.
I waited over an hour and 30 mins and never received my order….called to cancel and they were so rude! Never ordering from here again!
