I love jersey mikes, worked there for two years. Every single time i come to this location they mess my order up somehow. I know it is not that hard to make a 55 in a tub but they always leave out the lettuce or the chipotle mayo (even after writing it on the hot sun ticket) JM should look into this location because it is definitely not a sun above.
The staff and owners here are consistent and always amazing. The food is ways fresh, never old, and always tasetful.

Really shocked and disappointed at how little meat is on these subs anymore. Been a huge fan of Jersey Mike's for years, but it's time to cross them off the list. Paying $30 for 2 subs and having paper thin meat slices is really disappointing. Hopefully corporate addresses this.

Best sandwich shop in North Olmsted. The owner actually takes the time to talk to you and ask how your day is going and he genuinely cares about his customers. The food is very fresh and tasty. But the service and personable experience that you get is what keeps me coming back.
Great staff and owner! Cannot stress this enough. Always fresh great food. We stop here often to pick up dinner. My father is a very picky man and they always exceed his expectations. I don't write reviews often but I highly recommend.
My son has Celiac Disease, and they always graciously accomodate him. He loves their subs, and so do I.
