Constantly cancels your order right after submitting. They are only on doordash, so you have to wait 3 days to get your money back. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm ordering $40 of wings at 530pm and you close at 10. What's the problem here? You running out of wings that early? Close the site down then.
Ordered wings and they processed my payment and canceled my order, but won't issue a refund until 3 days from now. The manager at chili's was completely useless and didn't care at all about it and told me to contact doordash. Pathetic. Manager there is an embarrassment
Something strange going on. You can only order from DoorDash however the order gets cancelled because the restaurant doesn’t respond. I called Chili’s and the person who answered the phone didn’t even know that “it’s just wings “ was in their facility. After a LONG wait another person came to the phone who insisted that nothing was wrong since they’d had an order go through once today. I asked if Chili’s had wings but I was told they were different from “it’s just wings “. If the goal is to have less work due to less customers then they certainly are succeeding.

Wings were cold, little to no sauce, haphazardly shoved together despite a price that would suggest a better product. Would not recommend
