We got a table without waiting, that was a good thing on a Saturday. We had a waiter who told us he had just started working there, and he was a very friendly person, which was a good thing, but the rest was not what we are used to from this place. The Herd Cheesesteak had no flavor, the onion rings weren't good. The pizza was good, but they have no sausage, only bison sausage, which is a bad thing for some. My Thai Chicken Chili bowl, which I had ordered with Shrimp instead a Chicken came with nothing at all, took a while to get some shrimp on the side. Prices have gotten up since our last time, which is normal due to inflation, but then we noticed an additional 2.5% "temp service charge" on the bill. We questioned that and were told every restaurant is doing that now (not true), and it is due to inflation. Why is quality of service and food going down everywhere, while prices and extra fees are going up?
Amy at the North Olmsted location was amazing!! Took my wife out because she just graduate from pharmacy school and accepted a job!! Amy was so amazing and took care of us!! We would go back any time to see her!! Harry Buffalo is very lucky to have a wonderful worker like her!! Thanks for everything!!
Burger was a bit bland had to add salt and extra sauce, but everything was cooked fresh and rest of food was great, service was great and Madison is very attentive. Food arrived at table hot and in reasonable timing considering there were two large parties at the time. I’m a First time costumer and definitely plan to return.
I was here on Sunday evening. Just wanted a place that was quiet, I could grab a few beers and watch a ballgame. My buddy and I had been traveling all week and I needed a place to unwind a bit. Found it. I sat at the outside bar. The young lady tending bar that night was awesome. Very friendly and engaging. Great personality. I didn’t even order food. Although what I saw others eating looked amazing. I will definitely be back there. I wished I could remember that bartenders name. She made it fun there.
Service was good but the food was very bland. I had honey mustard wings and there's was 0 flavor or seasoning. It was disappointing. However, we were greeted and seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. Maybe I chose the wrong menu option.
The food was great. Very good service and a quiet environment to eat and share. They have a menu with lots of options and some drinks that looked great.
We are from Florida so our 1st visit was great. Best wings we ever had. Nice atmosphere quick service and great food we love their Bison choices. 2nd visit in 1 week was not so great. Server was overwhelmed took her 3 times to bring our beer. We got 10 Oz steak dinner. Food was cold. However the manager was great and took back our food and we chose something else and took previous meal off our ticket. Only thing was music was too freaking loud. But great place. Would go back again if we return to Ohio.
Service was attentive and helpful when I had some questions. Food tasted good and fresh. I got the Thai chicken bowl and it was very flavorful. My son really liked his burger. Portions are pretty large.
So, I ate here a few weeks ago and didn’t get around to writing a review, but after going to Fatheads last night and having to order pretzel sticks and French fries for dinner because there were barely any vegetarian options, I was wishing we had chosen Harry Buffalo again. Harry Buffalo has a beyond or impossible burger that you can replace any of the burgers with. Since it was a few weeks ago, I don’t remember what it was called, but my burger had the fried onions and bbq on it and it was to die for! Service was great, they have good beer on tap, and they even have an enclosed patio with a fireplace. I can’t remember if there were many vegetarian options, but I will definitely go back knowing I can get a good vegetarian burger there…unless, of course, they discontinue it like Fatheads did ?
first of all you walk in and the hostess greets you i haven’t got a clue as to what her name was very inviting…then the waitress olivia comes by takes our order brings drinks without being asked, leaves you alone a bit so you can eat and enjoy your meal checks on you and is just attentive and super super nice and wonderful…If you go eat make sure to get seated in olivas section..To the owner you have a good crew!
