Their sandwiches and donuts are fabulous. Wasn't sure what I wanted on a sandwich, told the young lady I was surprising hubby with one of their sandwiches so surprise me. She said she's going to make the best sandwich ever. She wasn't lying. Kudos, they are awesome. Those young ladies work hard. They deserve applause.
Fragapane‘s Bakery at Bay Village and North Olmsted are by far the best bakeries that you could ever order from!! Their lunchmeat is divine, their desserts are absolutely delectable and on top of that, I ordered my first cake for my daughter‘s third birthday party within two days of the party and not only did they make it a delicious cake but it was the most beautiful cake as you can see in the picture below that I have ever seen from a bakery! They had asked what colors I had wanted and I had mentioned it was unicorn theme but just assumed there would be some pretty writing on the cake but never ever did I expect such a beautiful beautiful picture as they had put on my daughter’s cake and it made her day and it definitely was the talk of the party! Thank you Fragapane‘s North Olmsted for giving us such a wonderful wonderful experience and I highly highly recommend this bakery! ???
We have been patrons of this business for almost 30 yrs. The changes recently defy logic. The "lunch" rush is supposedly at 10 am. The sign on the door this week claimed that due to staffing issues, the "slicer" closes at 1pm. No sandwiches after 1pm. So sad, because their sub sandwiches are delicious. The four employees who were milling around verified with the the boss that the slicer was closed at NOON, NOT 1pm as stated on the door!Don't plan on a late lunch from Frags. And since you can't get a sandwich, you might think a salad might be an alternative, but no! There is no lettuce at 11:45 ! Fortunately there is a Subway a few doors down, and their slicer is good to go.This is an inspired management decision, guaranteed to put this little shop out of business.
I work down the street and every time I go there the staff is ALWAYS rude to me. I have tried a few times over the years and no one has ever been nice to me. This has caused me to avoid going as often as I'd like, and then when I do try again the employees are again rude. I have never gone and had anyone be nice to me. Maybe management should make sure all of these young kids understand what customer service is.
Delicious goodies and very friendly staff! Baklava was the best I’ve ever had!! Can’t wait to go back!
Wow this bakery is so good! I got strudel to take to my grandma in a nursing home and the girl working the counter was kind enough to cut it up into bite size pieces. I also got cupcakes to take home which look amazing and a cannoli cake slice. The cake slice was SO DELICIOUS! My grandma also loved the strudel. We thank you!

This bakery/shop has been around since I was a little girl. I stopped in today & ordered some goodies. I got 1 raspberry Danish, a cream cheese Danish, 2 'sticky' buns, 2 cannolis, and a square piece of tiramasu. It was just as good as I remember. The staff were happy and helpful. Since its during lent, while waiting in line, I got my younger son a small container of the seafood salad (crab, shrimp, celery & more) so he can eat it for lunch. They also have comers for drinks and bags of chips and other selection of items. I will definitely be back!
I got the 3 meet sub. It was huge, and the potato soup delicious. Not to mention so many fresh baked goods. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
