Ordered 2 med. subs recieved 1med. and 1 small returned those they were then given yo guy that ordered before me. Then recieved 1 large, 1 med. Still order was not correct subs but had already left the restaurant. Most likely those who ordered after me also received wrong order.
It's a major crime to me when I am served a stale bun. This was my first and maybe my last visit to Firehouse. My Italian sub was stale and stuffed with ingediants that amounted to taste boredom. It was just a very ordinary sandwhich.
We got the Italian Sub. It was ideal. Flavor and portion were the best sub sandwich we’ve ever had. The service at the Avon location was fantastic too. We’ll soon return!
Love this place. It's always clean, and the staff is wonderful.
Very rude customer service. “Welcome to firehouse” from the “manager older woman” and then she mumbles how understaffed they were… (keep in mind there was no other person in the restaurant) waited 6 minutes for some young boy to take my order. He had no clue what he was even doing. Wait around for them to make my sub and it’s disappointing, the one in rocky river is way better than this one. At least they are polite at that location!
It was very good, I got the engineer they are understaffed so you need to be patient to get your food

Firehouse Subs in Avon has finally opened! Delicious sandwiches. My favorite is the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket! Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. Definitely worth the visit. You won’t regret it.
This was my first time here and I got their spicy cajun chicken sub. OMG it was soooooo delicious!!!! I got the medium. It was just big enough to get me full without being stuffed. I would definitely go back and get this again!
