Walked in with $18 available on my app and a free coffee. The 18 I had should have paid for my order but for whatever reason when it was scanned it only took $5 and some change. One of the girls got on with her assistant manager Jelly who did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. I had to pay twice for what I got and was just told we don’t do anything with the app you will have to call them. I showed her the amount that was on there before it zero’d out, she wouldn’t even look. Between the lack of management and careless attitude I definitely left mad. Do better or hire better! I hate having to post this but no one there cared at all to help.
I had to walk out of there this morning after waiting forever in the store and getting snapped at by some woman with a southern accent. There is no drive thru there but evidently the staff is only concerned about online orders, door dash, etc.... The customers at the register are ignored for long periods of time. I finally get addressed and all I wanted was a coffee, I give her my order she rang up like 3 things fumbled with the register then turns to a kid and what I thought was her telling him my coffee order, it wasn't right so I said no I wanted salted caramel and she whipped her head around and snapped back and said NOT YOU! Um okay, Pardon me lady, you were taking MY order so why would I think you weren't talking about it. That was enough for me to grab my keys and walk out. That woman appears to be a ticking time bomb masking her unhappiness with an exaggerated southern accent calling everybody baby and sugar. Im a grown woman trying to get coffee in an establishment dont call me baby, sugar, or sweetie especially when its fake and I just heard the devil come out of you. just get me my coffee. thats it.
Hard to find a parking spot, line is always long, but the employees are great, they move the line pretty quickly. And are so nice
Good for your morning cup of coffee and a donut or other morning snack of your choice. Staff aren't bad and the prices are reasonable.
Good drinks if u know what your ordering...but in my experiences lately the north Olmsted location has been very fast with my orders I must say
My Home boy Dr. Volks never fails to serve me up a hot coffee and crispy donates. Favorite dunkin if far far away land. This place is my 1# vacation destination if only Dr. Volk wore a mask correctly so I couldn’t see his cute face. Shrek out
Never fails! They don’t care what food they hand out to customers. Burnt, frozen, etc it’s a shame! It takes less than a minute to just remake a croissant,
Employees took off masks while working and sounded like they were sick. Felt bad for them with how busy it was though.
I really did not enjoy my experience with this Dunkin. Me and my friend woke up extra early just to get a drink and breakfast. The lady was very rushed and didn’t even let me order what I wanted. My avacado toast was very burnt and she was just overall not very nice. -1/10
Ordered curve side pickup. Waited 20min and never got my drink. Tried calling the store and went to a full voicemail box. Had to call corporate to get a refund.
