the food was amazing. fast service

My servers are great!! Happy to have this one close to the hotel. But they over salt all the food and dippings, the chili. Do not order. It's straight from a can, maybe? It's not liquid it's pure chili seasoning and beans and meat and salt. The wait staff already know! So the moment you say something they are so nice!! The chips were so salty it looked like sugar on top...1. they found some not as salty! They have baked potatoes on the menu but they do not make bake potatoes EVER. I am out of state I go for convenience drinks, staff, and hope for good food. Trio fajita was good

Steak way too salty. Same with loaded baked potato. Corn on the cob was old and cold. My grandson had the kids' mac and cheese that looked like it came out of dollar store box. Both me and my friend got very sick within an hour and for about 24 hours after eating here. Definitely not a good experience. Chili's used to be awesome. Quality of food left alot to be desired.

its a great bar en nice bartender Rachel !!!!

Chili’s is one of my favorite restaurants. Being away from home, Chili’s in Westlake Ohio didn’t disappoint. It was just as good as my neighborhood Chili’s. My salmon was full of flavor. The drinks were perfect, thanks to Rachael (awesome bartender). Good environment and professional staff. If it wasn’t for the fact that they were closing soon I would’ve stayed longer. I definitely recommend this Chili’s ?

omg the service..felt horrible watching the bartender run her butt off making drinks and serving food while 3 employees stood by and did nothing at the greeters table. The phone rang non stop and the employees would pick it up and hang it up. Not 1 actually answered a call.

Wonderful staff and food is fantastic and let's not forget the margarita on point try the new straw-eddy Rita so good deff come back I originally was going to applebees at steelyard but they were so unprofessional and rude that we said let's go to chillies deff treated us better better staff though short handed it was great service thru out the entire time we dine ...

Not the chilies I remember. Awesome friendly service, but awful food! Ordered a basic bacon burger medium. The burger came out visibly burnt, way over cooked and COLD! The cheese wasn’t even melted. The bacon looked and tasted like it was microwaves. (McDonald’s an do better ) The French fries were pretty good. I did not eat the burger and our server removed the charges. My friend ordered spring rolls. They came out soaked in oil and were undercooked. Not crispy and soggy in the middle. Yuck. He didn’t eat them after 1 bite.Chilies used to be known as a go to stop for a good burger. This experience leaves me feeling like I just ordered a burger from a gas station.

I’ve been going to Chili’s in North Olmsted for years now. I NEVER had a meal here I didn’t like. From the steaks, fajitas & burgers to the ribs - simply excellent. It’s the only restaurant in town that doesn’t disappoint.

Haven't been to a Chili's in a long time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food we recieved. It was delicious! Highly recommend the cheese curd appetizer! My only complaint (which is a silly one) is that the food came out too fast - appetizer, salad, meals - all right on top of each other. If I was in a rush I would've appreciated that but I just wanted to enjoy. For a chain restaurant, this is a good one to pick.
