I've been having the worst two weeks of my life. The people working here must have seen it and they chose to be kind - they helped make it a little less bad and gave me my food for free. They gave me some sweets as well! I almost started crying in the line. I couldn't convey it while I was there, but I wanted to write this and say that the kindness of everyone involved makes me feel a happiness I've been missing for a while now. That act of kindness was something I didn't know I needed. To everyone involved - thank you.
We went there this past Thursday at the great northern location. The food was great, fresh, and they had the play area opened up so my 3yr old was super excited. I dont know what made her more happy the fact the play area was open or that the employees took her to let her make her own ice cream cone. It was a great experience and really friendly service.
I always would come to this location because it was the best but anymore. The new staff is terrible. On commercials they act like they care about their customers so much but when they mess up an order they don’t fix it.I ordered two deluxe sandwiches with no pickles and both had pickles no cheese and the lettuce was brown slimy and wilted. I called to tell them it went to voicemail. I had to drive all the way up there to get new sandwiches because the rotted lettuce was all over the chicken patty my fries are cold now cause I had to drive 15 mins back and they look at me as if I’m crazy. They made me new sandwiches with crispy lettuce how strange. If they had fresh lettuce already why put rotted ones for the people in drive thru.They did not refund my meal or replace the combo. I’m just disgusted that a company portrayed as good on TV is absolutely the total opposite.Unfortunately i will not be a returning customer I’m sure they don’t care but it was nice to be able not to cook for one day. I learned my lesson big time
Very good customer service. The owner was out in the dining room making sure everyone was enjoying their food. Very clean and a nice upbeat crew. Will definately go back. Old fashioned service. Love it!
Why aren’t the dining rooms open at chick fil a . I think they are just trying to save the overhead cost, by not letting customers eat in their dining rooms.( There is no more COVID 19 just a lame excuse)Think about all cost savings on Napkins, Ketchup, their other sauces and the clean up to be done once the customer leaves.Just playing games with the customers, it does not matter to them as to how long we have to wait in line to get their sandwiches. Locations in North Olmsted, Rocky River / Fairview park Ohio closed just the drive thru are open. A few times orders are wrong, since who has got time to see what’s in the BAG????Maybe the same will at their new location in Westlake OHIO as well??? Just drive thru, restaurant not open.
They were very very polite and respectful, this is the 1st time I ever ate at one of these and was floored on how good it was. The chicken noodles soup was incredible. I will definitely be back.
Food a Chick-fil-A is always good but I sat in the drive thru like for over 20min to get it. If you want faster service. Go to the Chick-fil-A in Parma. There service is faster and the food taste just as good. A increase in speed will definitely lead to a increase in stars on my end.
Chik fil a in general gets 5 stars food-wise. BUT this particular location leaves me sad every time. The line is insanely long no matter when you go, and the parking lot design itself is awful. That aside, you’ll wait about a half hour for your food and every time they’ve forgotten something on my order!! Just go to a different location and I’m sure whatever extra time it takes to go to one further you’ll make up for in not waiting forevvvveeerrrr for your food. :(
Honestly I love this place best place to take the family to enjoy an incredible meal. Dining in is the best treat because they treat you like family and the place is very very clean. Trust me your going to come back again
Disappointing experience with half-filled soup bowls.I’ve worked in fast food and would never serve that to a customer.??
