We got seated right away. We thought great we didn't have to wait. We were wrong! It took 15 minutes before anyone got to us. Apparently who was supposed to be serving us was missing. Then came Lisa (I believe) she totally changed things around. Lisa went above and beyond to make us happy and stayed on top of things. The food here is always good but when you add the amazing above and beyond type of service Lisa gave us then you have something special. Thank you Lisa for making our anniversary a great one. We appreciate your efforts and great service! This is what makes businesses strive! Your a model employee. If everyone could achieve your level of excellence Burntwood Tavern would be the best restaurant in the area with loyal customers that will take the business beyond the imagination! Keep up the great work!
Ordered takeout from Burntwood and was greeted by Emma who handled the process. She was very personable and super friendly. Had the tortellini with chicken & it was very yummy! The blackened chicken was cooked very well. Excited to come back and try their Tues all day Happy Hour and more of their menu!
Wish the menu reflected what we actually got. The appetizers, shrimp tacos, spicy shrimp and Calamari all were "heavily" breaded. You lost the flavor of the seafood that way. The wedge salads dressing was semi-warm. It should have been very chilled. Not impressed with the dishes. The decor was beautiful tho.
They originally sat us at an outdoor table when we requested and reserved a indoor table! Their service recovery was first class! We thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening!
Huge thank you to Manager Sarah and the entire team at this amazing restaurant. They hosted our post funeral luncheon for 28 people. My mother was smiling down on us for all the kindness the staff showed us.The food was fantastic and service impeccable. You have a great team Tracy. Thank you
Have always loved our dining here, unfortunately tonight was disappointing. Reservations at 530⦠seated at 545. Wanted happy hour drinks and food. She took drink order but came back 20 minutes later for food order and it was too late for happy hour apps. We ordered but were upset as waitress was the one who messed up the happy hour timing. Drinks and food took alot of time to receive. Ordered a second drink, which took 40 minutes to get. I didnât even want it at point. Extremely disappointed in cost and service tonight.
Our service was excellent and the food was fabulous! There were 10 people in our party and our server was very attentive and friendly.
They missed on food quality this time. Typically they do a decent job so we will return but the fish sandwich was nearly inedible. Fries were not good at all.
Everything spectacular especially the service!!!
