Great food for their prices, wonderful staff and i always have a good experience but today i had an error on my order and the manager (i believe his name was kash sorry if im spelling it wrong) was beyond helpful.The manager was So very polite and he fixed my problem in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate the amazing service from this facility and will always enjoy coming here and spending my money.
It was great!!! Service from the moment we walked in was excellent!! The ladies who took care of us were awesome! Our waitress was quick, and had us set with what we wanted so fast! Our drinks, appetizers and meals were perfect!! Best experience I've had eating out in a really lobg time!!!
The manager is extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and incapable of dealing employees and the public in a positive manner. We love eating there, but when she is there you can't get seated, even when 50% of the restraunt is empty. Employee turnover is extremely high. Her attitude is rude and arrogant.
We don't come to this Applebee's very often but it's always good when we do. The servers are always super nice and we get seated pretty quick as well.
The restaurant in North Olmsted is a charming place to visit. We always feel welcomed and the employees keep the place clean. We watched between 30 to 40 guests get turned away from this place; due by o being understaffed.For all of us patrons in North Olmsted. Upper management pays for Jesé workers 4.00 dollars / hour. + tips…. Are you kidding me????No wonder this place has no employee.

Had hair in my food they only give me $20 out of $50 bill back and it took an hour to get seated with nobody in the restaurant
Staff was awesome and in 2021 the value was there, its Applebee's so every one should know what its like, but it was the best version of Applebee's I have been to in years.
