why do you leave the lights on if you are closed? other restaurants are open past 9. Wendy's is a joke.
Best Wendy's in Stark Co. Food was fresh & delicious. Very clean & well staffed! Most enjoyable fast food meal I've had since Covid19 started.
My favorite of the burger & fries fast food places. My only complaint, not at Wendy's specifically, is that it basically costs the same as a sit down diner nowadays.
This wendy’s used to be my favorite but this past week I have noticed a DIFFERENCE! I was missing a food item and asked to speak to management when a short angry leprechaun man walked up. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. As a previous general manager, this is not how general managers should be acting. I hope they get him some customer service training soon.

Can’t take an order, puts in it wrong. when confronted and you want what you paid for manager YELLS at you and claims you are wrong. As you point to the menu board saying that’s not how you have it listed, they claim “we don’t go by that” they literally make whatever THEY want for you. And the food is cold by the time they give it to toy. Don’t waste your money here. I will go out of my way to go eat better food with better customer service.
Decent Wendy’s. I visit this location a lot. Recently the staff has been rude and slow. They used to have top tier Wendy’s customer service.
Very quick service. Food was hot and delicious. New fries are best in fast food.
