Have had multiple bad experiences at this Taco Bell but this one is probably the most frustrating. Attempted to use my free Mexican Pizza promotion which requires the use of the mobile app. So i ordered from home and chose that i was coming immediately for dine in. Got there to find a 10 car deep line of cars in the drive thru and also found the dining room doors were locked. I had no interest in waiting so i called to cancel my order and they said "we don't do that". Left a message with Taco Bell corporate and just ended up leaving. There were no warnings or messages stating that the dining room was closed. I've found most times I've come here the staff is rude and the quality is poor. It took them to the store basically falling apart before they even remodeled it. I normally go to Belden Village Avenue and i plan to just continue that way. This location is not worth your time.
My 1st time to this location of a favorite fast food dive. Not much to say other than the expected fast friendly service. Food boys fresh and restaurant was clean.
Both the cashier and the cook who handed us our food were very rude. The sour cream on our burritos was little only at the one end and our cheesy Gordita had no sauce.
The app is great and the people working are super friendly..food is always a go for when in a rush
All I can say is wow. The GM here (Brandon) needs REPLACED! We drove thru w an order we’ve ordered for at least a decade for him to RUDELY, for no reason as we were patient & explaining our order, be cut off by him thru the speaker. He then denied us the corporate # after slamming the window on us & using the word “FIT” bc we asked for an item to be removed from one of our wraps. Maybe work in accounting would be a better fit for someone w his attitude & personality that doesn’t seem to have appropriate ppl skills to have a GM title. Is there a male version for Karen?
Awesome Taco Bell! Thanks for the extra sauce, napkins and great service. The lady who helped me was so friendly. And that supreme taco was delicious! ?

Tonight makes about the 3rd time in as many months I have checked the hours for this specific location and they have been lights out closed. Very inconvenient.
A little confused why the coupons were only good for one stroe but good food, good service and nice people.
It's hit or miss with this taco bell. If they get the order right the portions are sometimes much smaller than at other locations, but their employees usually seem much happier here than others I've been to.
