So disappointing. I know that good help is hard to find right now. So I didn't make a fuss. This is however the second time in a row that the food was cold. It's weird because when they have a server my food is usually fresh and hot. The last two visits no one was on shift to serve parked cars. There are not many sonics around. We drive pretty far to get a slushy and dinner. The fry's and chicken were not even warm. Of course I don't realize it until I'm down the road. Had to get the brain freeze on first. The first time it happened no biggie down days happen. This being the second time in a row, I just decided I won't go back. It's a far drive to complain. I don't like fussing about my food. That's one reason why we travel to the end of town where we expect service to be better. I just assume they would have higher food standards. Oh well, just go to steak and shake. They are also very friendly and always have hot fresh burgers and shakes.?
Ok so usally very single time I get a meal I ask for fries and the first 3 times I went to this location I had no problems whatsoever until just within the last month. I usally ask for fries instead of tater tots but every single time I ask for fries I now get tator tots. It was a little annoying at first but everyone makes mistakes but around the 4th time it happened in a row it got erritating. I clearly say when I order "May I please have fries instead of tots" and I still end up getting tots. I usally repeat myself before I pull up so they know but like I said I STILL GET TOTS. I just want fries thats it! I don't think thats much to ask for. So please sonic, can you please fix this! Why have fries on your menu and then not give them to people. I don't complain at the window because usally there is a big line.
Always out of stock on items, The drive up parking spaces are always "temporarily" closed.
I had footlong Coney and fries the fries were cold and limp and the quality of the food all the way around was just very poor !
More often than not the drive thru is incredibly slow. I once waited 15 minutes just to put my order in and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Recently I was the only car and waited nearly ten minutes for cold tater tots. I keep going because they're the closest place with mozzarella sticks.
They got my wife and i orders completely wrong obviously they didn't pay attention to what we ordered if they would of listened closely they would be a better place
Always fast friendly service. Their sonic blasts are extremely tasty. The food is always hot and fresh. I'd eat here every day if I could.
First time tonight. We probably won't go again. We tried to order a few things only to be told the were out. The food wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. Swensons is so much better.
Always been a decent choice for a fast food meal and ice cream. I couldn't find any drive up trash cans for cars; they used to have them.
