Best breakfast in town. Chipped beef and gravy over biscuits, YUMMY!
We went, party of 4, after church today and they were busy. The wait to be seated was about 35 minutes, which wasn't too bad considering the day. The wait for our food was much longer, but we understand the difficulty getting employees and filling orders. The food was extremely good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. However, my meal was $2.11 more than quoted on the menu. I That's a big change - $10.89 to $13.00. I would have ordered something else, had I known. When I mentioned this to the server, she said there were signs posted all over the restaurant (we saw 1 on the front door, a long-handwritten message which we didn't have time to read as we went in and saw on the way out). I replied, if the prices change, why do they put prices in the menu? to which she replied "Ma'am, I'm not the owner" and she turned and walked away. $2.11 was quite a big difference, and yes, she is not the owner and did not make policy, but an appropriate response would have started with "I'm so sorry, Ma'am, but the restaurant had to change the price due to ..." or something like that. This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we left a little put off.
We just had an amazing dinner tonight. They can always be counted on to knock it out if the park with breakfast, but tonight out dinner was out of this world. I highly recommend giving their dinner menu a chance if you haven't already!
The staff was so polite and inviting! The atmosphere had a more modern diner feel with lots of Gluten Free alternatives that are just as tasty as the original! highly recommend this as a breakfast spot!
Crazy wait times. Multiple times we have called ahead only to get there and them not have our name. One instance, we checked in on arrival and confirmed the number with the hostess, waited in the lot 30 minutes and then decided to leave. Never did get a call. The food quality was normally great but not worth the hassle of getting a seat. We find better service at Another broken egg cafe
YUM! We arrived at 7:30am, was seated and given our drinks immediately. The place is clean, comfortable and the service was good and the food was great! We had the stuffed french toast with fresh fruits, and the au gratin scramble was layers of ham, sausage, potatoes, cheese, onion and eggs. And we tried the cinnamon roll which was fresh and hot. Everything, even the coffee was great and we will be going back again soon.
From the moment of walking through the door we were greeted and welcomed to the place. They say our party of 6 right away. The service was incredible the staff very friendly and the food was out of this world. We will definitely be back!!!
This place is always a go to for me and my family! The food is delicious. However, the last time we went, we decided to try the bloody Mary's. They always look so good! We first had the bacon rimmed bloody Mary, and then the regular. For 4 drinks, it was almost $40! You couldn't even tell there was alcohol in them. That's a sin for 4 drinks to cost triple the price of our food. We will obviously go back for the food, but not for the drinks. Unless their drinks have some sort of healing properties....they have no business being almost $10 a piece.
Love this place! Prices are reasonable & the food is sooo good!! Their pancake/waffle batter is so good you’ll never need syrup.
Very good Raspberry salad! Ordered to go. First time ordering from here. Will definitely stop here again when in area to try more of their food. Order was ready at pickup
