There is NO way this is award winning pizza. The pizza is flavorless, lacks toppings, super doughy, and the Anitpasto Salad was filled with nothing but rotten white lettuce. See the picture below. This is what happens when you dont make fresh food daily. What an absolute waste of money. This is why you should stay away from pizza chains. 0 quality.
Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a large pepperoni, when I got to the North Canton location, I was given a half cheese half pepperoni. I explained that I didn’t order that, and asked if they could add the pepperoni. He said all they could do was cook the pepperoni by itself. Never asked to remake it for me, even after I told him more than once that I didn’t order it that way. It was very disappointing!! No I’m sorry or anything from the employee. I will not order from Romeo’s again.
Quite possibly the best thin crust pizza I have ever had! Hard to describe it! Thin, crispy, chewy, delicate once in your mouth pleasure! We had pepperoni, sausage, onion, and banana peppers! I personally would have never in a million years order something like that(I'm a pepperoni n cheese guy) but my girl had a delivery that never showed up and she brought it home! Then I was enlightened by the way the Lord works! Now my eyes wide open to the gift I will never eat another pizza! Well, without commenting on how it just don't compare to the Romeo's thin crust pizza! Thank God for delivery apps and Romeo's
When I went to to this pizza place. Desiray fisher provided me and my boyfriend the best customer service and she was very nice and friendly!!!!
Absolutely the best pizza around this area. Get extra pizza sauce. I'm not even a pizza sauce lover but here it is exceptional.
Their pizza is phenomenal! Their sauce is sweet and it's my favorite! Russ was awesome and his service was great!
Driver left the food outside my apartment without knocking. I caught him leaving as I checked to see if he had arrived yet. My wings were also half cooked and ended up being tossed in the trash. This was my first time trying your guys food. It will also be my last.

Hate leaving bad reviews but... No idea if food is any good or not but tired of waiting for it. Ordered at 615 with original delivery time of 710. New arrival time is now 836. NO pizza is worth waiting over 2 hours for. Threw a frozen pie in oven instead.Edit.. Food arrived at 905, ice cold as expected and driver didnt even have courtesy to knock on door or ring bell. Laid food on porch and hauled a** to get away. Never again.
Hands down my favorite place!!! Their sauce is sweet and they put the perfect amount of cheese— don’t get me started on the crust too!!! I’ve been going here for years. I drive nearly 45 minutes round trip to get it!! 10/10. I’d give 1000 stars if I could!!!
