The food is awesome! Very generous portions for your money. The wait staff was very polite and attentive. I love the "fair fries"!! Definitely a "Let's do this again " place.
In from Georgia visiting family in Ohio and had to stop into one of our favorite places. Grandpa had pot roast. Grandma had turkey club. Dad had Greek Gyro. Mom had pasta salad. Kids had pasta alfredo, hot dog and pasta. As always, it did not disappoint. Food was amazing! Service was amazing! In my book, Rockne’s Rocks!
The food and atmosphere is amazing our server was Liv she was great if your near by or traveling and looking for a great meal this is the spot!!

Great food and service once we got to our table. Everything beforehand is why we won’t be back. Had it not been that it was a long work day we would have left before being seated.We came in at a 7:30 tonight and the three hostesses were continuously telling customers there was a 45 minute wait so that they wouldn’t want to stay for a table and they could clock out by 9:00. Anybody that accepted the 45 minutes was laughed at after they walked away after the hostesses said, “Why would they wait that long?” in an extremely annoyed tone.After 15 minutes people that accepted the “outrageous” wait time would get sat and some asked how it was so quick. The girls even told one group they must have misspoke when they said 45 minutes.Don’t let Natalie, Kaylee, and the third with no name help you if you stop in and they’re working. We won’t be back.Very disappointing to see as a customer. Especially since they didn’t even try to hide it.This is a photo of Kaylee slamming her head down after somebody accepted the fictitious wait time (an hour and a half before closing). Enough said.
Food was great, atmosphere was good, and server was on top of here game with refills and asking if we needed anything and how the food was tasting. My favorite part is having all your condiments right on the table with you!!!
We have always been a fan of this place. I'd say for at least 30 years. The salads have always been a favorite of mine but the Reuben is fantastic too. None of our family complains about going here. Just solid American type food and very consistently good quality. Prices are fair and definitely not something to worry about here
Want to get a good dinner after 6pm? Don't try to go to Rockne's. They may just decide to close early for absolutely no apparent reason. This has happened to us twice now. The last time we actually ate inside they informed us right before delivering our food to our table that the menu pricing had literally just increased and that we'd be paying more for our meals than we saw on the menu when we ordered. I understand that the restaurant world changed with COVID, but seriously!? Not going back to this family favorite!
Very nice place to visit after church. We were there at 11 am when it opened and were able to be seated. When we left it was standing room only. Not sure how long the wait was. I recommend going early if you can.
What an amazing experience it was dining at Rockne's in Canton! Our waitress, who I believe said her name was Tia, was outstanding! She went over and beyond any expectations I could of had. After we left I told my girlfriend, "that waitress made me feel like we we're family" the food was perfect, especially the lobster soup. I will definitely be returning soon if anything to say hello to Tia!
